I had a issue a few months back with dog p*** being right in front of the front desk at 9:00 am in the morning. My 6 month labradoodle sniff it upon entering the building. ****** contacted me two weeks later her name is ******. The whole conversation was as if I was insulting her by telling bout the p*** No apologies or anything. She actually acted like a person that gets a thrill out of having authority. Our conversation wasn't pleasant at all and she be in her position. Oh well even after the bs customer service and conversation with ****** I still decide to give New Day another chance ONLY because I like Dr. ****** and I even expressed that to the evil ******. Fast forward to today. Yesterday I thought my puppy consumed some vitamin d maybe 4 to 5 tablets. I took her in they did blood work, iv and her meds etc. My total was $580 even with the wellness plan that I pay monthly for. I was told to bring her back today to check her blood work ( that wasn't a problem) which the doctor said she recommended more fluids because her calcium went from 11 to 13 ok no problem! I was quoted $370 but when i arrived it was $400 I told the cashier ****** that I only came prepared to pay the $370. ****** then proceeded to tell me that she knows they do some kind of plan when you can pay portion of your payment now and some later! I said ok I am interested, she then proceeded to tell me that she has to go get her office manager to assist me with that! So the office manager came out with a very firm attitude attitude saying we don't take payment plans and I knew what the price was before service was given! I was caught so much off guard and confused to where the aggression was coming from. I then realized that the person I was talking with was ****** and I said ohh I now know who you are. She replied ya we have spoken plenty of times have we (sarcastically) at that point I paid my bill because that was the plan from the beginning. I felt that she over power her
