I MADE AN ONLINE RESERVATION WHICH NEEDED TO BE CHANGED SO A GIRL NAMED "T" HELPED ME INDICATED SHE WAS THE HOTEL GM'S ASST. I WAS THAN CHARGED TWICE ($808.00) HOWEVER, WHAT I WAS TO ORIGINALLY CHARGED WAS ($484.40) SO BECAUSE OF ALL OF THIS THE HOTEL OVER **** MY BANK ACCOUNT AND I WAS ASSESSED FEE'S ($105.00)BY MY BANK ***** FARGO, SHE APOLOGIZED AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD UPGRADE MY ROOM AND OFFER US COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST FOR OUR STAY FOR THE 3 DAYS, MY ACCOUNT STILL HAD NOT BEEN CORRECTED 5 DAYS LATER SO I INITIATED A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK FOR THE CHARGES FROM THE HOTEL AND 10 DAYS LATER MY BANK CREDITED ME BACK HOWEVER I WAS STILL ASSESSED **** OF ($105.00) ... FAST FOWARD I AM NOW ARRIVING AT THE HOTEL AND CHECKING IN TO THE HOTEL AND REQUESTED THE MANAGER ON DUTY TO DISCUSS MY SITUATION AND THAT PERSONS NAME WAS ****** AND SHE AND I TALKED ABOUT THE PREVIOUS INTERACTIONS WITH "T" AND SHE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND TOLD ME FOR MY TROUBLE THAT SHE WOULD BE TAKING ONE OF THE NIGHTS OFF OF OUR HOTEL STAY WHICH WAS APPROX ($162.28) SO SINCE THEN NOT ONLY HAVE I NOT BEEN REFUNDED FOR THE ONE NIGHT OF STAY, BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUDED THE AMOUNT FOR THE FEE'S FROM MY BANK, I ALSO HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED MY "INCIDENTALS FEE" WHICH WAS ($122.00)... WELL THAN THEY CHARGED MY OTHER BANK AS I HAD PUT THAT CARD ON FILE FOR "INDIDENTALS" IN WHICH THEY CHARGED ME ($348.29) AND ALSO OVER **** THAT BANK WHERE I WAS ASSESSED ANOTHER BANK FEE OF ($72.00). THIS BUSINESS HAS FAILED TO HONOR THEIR OBLIGATION IN DOING THE THINGS I WAS TOLD. I EXPECT AND DEMAND THEM TO REFUND MY ACCOUNTS FOR THINGS PROMISED TO ME. I AM OWED A TOTAL AMOUNT BASED ON MY MATH CALCULATIONS OF ($559.16). YOU WILL SEE MY BANK STATEMENT DOCS FROM MY TWO BANKS WHERE THE **** ARE DEMONSTRATED DUE TO THE INCORRECT CHARGING OF MY CREDIT CARDS AND OVER CHARGING OF MY CREDIT CARDS AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY SORT OF REFUND WHAT SO EVER AND YOU WILL SEE TWO TRANSACTIONS ON THE HOTEL BILL, THAT WERE FOR BREAKFAST EXCEPT
