Definitely didnt want to post here,But after numerous attempts, choosing to move forward to actually share my experience. This company provide a terrible cleaning experience. Aside from cleaners sharing unnecessary personal information. Cleaners also, broke ****** handles that I have been trying to get repaired. This company offers cleaning service and does a terrible job at such. The resources to clean arent feasible considering the consult of service. They were ill prepared, after coming to view place of performance and charged extra due to their lack of diligence

I have used Zeus Movers numerous times and I will continue to call them any time I need to move anything. I also refer them to anyone who is looking to move. They are professional and extremely thorough. Zeus movers is the best.

This is my 4th time using Zeus movers and they are always on time and beyond professional. I have referred all of my clients to them

Great movers; terrible owner professionalism, customer blaming, and no resolution when mover mistakes are made I used Zeus Movers to move my items from a storage unit to a house. We also made a stop on the way to pick up a very heavy marble table that required multiple men to lift. The movers did a great job at being gentle with my items and even took their shoes off to walk on the carpet in my home without prompting! I had to leave the house shortly after the move, but when I returned, I realized the heavy marble table had been assembled but left leaning against the wall rather than lifted upright. After speaking with the mover responsible, he said I told him to leave the table for my brother to deal with as there were a few spider webs on it (this did not happen as 1 man cannot lift the table alone and I would've simply swept the cobwebs off myself, but that was alright, misunderstandings happen). My issue was the owner, *******', unprofessional response:After discussing with *******, he told me it would cost him to have the movers come back out to lift the table. He also said he would not give me a partial refund for the inconvenience because it was just as much my fault as theirs since I was in the house with the movers. He said the movers were supposed to do a walk-thru with me before they left, which they never did. When I expressed this, he said again that the issue with the table was just as much my fault as theirs. He also said he would have the movers come back out IF I paid for their gas. After I told him I was not paying even more money for an incomplete job, and after much further back and forth, he told me he would have them come back out. He reached out again via text 2 days later saying he hadn't forgotten. After that, I never heard from him or his movers again and it has been about 2 weeks since the move.

This is truly the WORSE experience we have ever had with a moving company. It was bad enough that the movers were supposed to be at our business at 5pm, but they did not who up until well after 7pm with no movers. The owner showed up with one person and barely moved anything while ensuring us his movers were on their way. They finally showed up over an hour later and decided to try again the following morning. They had to move our office during business hours, and it was horrible. There should have been 3 movers assigned and there were only 2. They also damaged the elevator doors. And although the owner, ****, said that they were insured and would certainly pay it. They did not. Never again. Horrible service and just a bad business to deal with.
