      Hopefully you never get into an accident with anyone insured by this company. They will not pay even though they are at fault. The adjuster by the name of *************************** in ******* denied my claim and took it upon herself to file a claim on my policy to cover damages caused by HER insured. She didnt call me, explain the status of my claim, or anything! I knew it would be trouble with this company based on the reviews! Stay away from this company!

      I suspect this company is completely fraudulent, which doesn't surprise me if the company is anything like their dishonest, hood policy holders.Our car was wrecked by a policy holder of this company at the end of March 2024; it is now May 31 2024 and the company is still dragging their feet 'investigating coverage for the claim' after which they will 'investigate liability' . My company, ***** was able to complete their investigation with a week of the accident and determined that we were at fault, but it was clearly the fault of Assurance's policy holder; however, Assurance is doing everything they can to drag this out and avoid paying the claim. They advised me that if I'm in a hurry to get my car fixed, I should just use my own insurance, pay the deductible ($1000) and have my insurance issue a subjugation to Assurance. ***** indicated that they could do the subjugation after paying the claim, but there is no guarantee that would recover the money.

      This is the worst possible company I could ever deal with my car was side swipes while parked by a driver. I have tried calling the adjustor he does not answer the phone and his voicemail is full. Its been a week. They keep putting in request for the adjuster to call me back and he never does.I spoke to a so called intake agent by the name of ************ Who refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor because he felt like i did not have a valid reason to speak with them. I asked over 20 times to speak with a supervisor he lied and said there wasnt a supervisor, that no one could see the claim but my adjuster and he could not help me. He threatened to hang up the call because he could not let me wait on hold because he would get in trouble.

      After a severe hail storm in upstate S. ******** on 4/20/24 , my car had minor dents & a cracked front windshield, I reported it immediately & sent photos of the windshield. I was contacted the following Monday for them to inform me that they totaled my car when I only asked if I could just get my windshield repaired. 3 days later they come & pick my vehicle up from my home. When I talked to the adjuster *****, he was EXTREMELY rude & unprofessional. Advised me that they weren't goin to pay what the car was worth to my lender but much less which would leave me in an even deeper hole seemingly I already without my vehicle they took. They haven't offered ANY kind of compensation AT ALL for the full coverage I am/was paying. Feels like this was just a total rip off. They still have not settled with my lender nor offered any kind of compensation not to mention I'm not able to get another car at the moment due to an open loan account thar they haven't paid off yet, & not able to replace my car immediately

      This insurance company had me paying insurance for a car for 3 yrs that wasn't even mine because they put it a wrong vin#. Now they want to refund me only $60, when they owe me over $6000.

      This company is deplorable!!! I have been dealing with an auto claim since December 2023 and as of today it is yet to be resolved. Assurance America, *******, ** ***** provided me with their estimate for repairs to my vehicle very underestimated. My vehicle has been ready since last Thursday and this company refuses to respond or reply to myself, the car rental company and the body shop. The recording tells you the adjuster is the best person to speak with about your claim, how could that be if no one responds to your calls? The body shop calls as they have been very diligent in the matter and Assurance America refuses to call them back or pay the supplemental that's due. In the meantime, my vehicle is being held hostage for payment from Assurance America and a car rental bill continues to mount for payment as well. Uggghhhhhh!!!!

      There driver was at fault and ********************* told me to go get my estimate and I did and they still want me to go get a salvage title which I have to pay for and they don't want to give me money for there drivers damages. My truck is not a total loss my estimate says. They won't pay for my damages.

      Assurance America should be called unassurance America. I was traveling down a main road that only has two lanes, one going north, one going south. This guy is stopped dead in the path of northbound traffic at night with no hazards, no nothing. It was also foggy. He was attempting to be pulled by a strap by another vehicle. I come upon them, almost rearend them, swerve in the other lane of oncoming traffic and almost get killed by oncoming traffic. I swerve to miss oncoming and go back into northbound lane and clip front of vehicle attempting to tow disabled vehicle. Clearly NOT my fault. Its been one+ month and AA is still "determing" the fault. I reported to ****************** and they spoke to driver who admitted everything I said. *****************************, claims person for AA NEVER answers calls and takes weeks to respond to an email. Avoid this disgusting fraudulent company.

      Well they did accept me...so there's that. However, Because I was 2 days past due on my pymt, they raised the rate $236 and gave me an extra week to pay, even tho I had the funds the 2nd day?? so just don't be late I guess

      Terrible customer service. I was rear ended by a carrier of this insurance. The claims adjuster never returns my calls. When I ask for a supervisor, ** told that they will escalate my inquiry to them and I will receive a call back within 24 hours. The supervisor never calls back either. Terrible company!
