Over 2 months ago, I already reduced my claim to $250, but upon fetching I could not find it again due to switching servers through my domain. Originally, I was told this would not be a problem that the email was found. I was told many things, different things at different times, and it has set me back and made me feel like I was in the twilight zone. This entire time throughout the claim process have been advised that I should have to do all of the work, so much I nearly passed out one day in CrossFit after being up 12 hours trying to process everything. I just want my car fixed before it becomes a new claim. I am extremely exhausted. I have spoken to nearly everyone, I have to take pictures for my own claim, provide my own evidence, screened phone calls, and now they say they want to provide my own records of me changing my insurance policy after me having two conversations that it would be changed. No one seems to be on the same page. I am really wanting to change to Progressive because the rate is lower, and I could file a claim deductive for $100 and actually have my name as well as my grandmother's name on the insurance. I couldn't believe the exchange that me and even the manager had that I believe deserves to be reprimanded at the least!Each day that we wait the car is in danger of more causation of damage.Thanks,********************* ************ ************************* (Primary Claim Holder)************
