Its difficult to speak with anyone, when you get someone on the phone, they promise to call back and dont. I filed a claim for my son and it was paid incorrectly. *** told them metacarpals are hand bones not fingers. They still havent fixed it, its been over 2 weeks. They are not knowledgeable about anatomy. Its blows my mind how they are accident insurance providers.Review from Wendy B

This is a company I pay over $200.00 every month to for Disability Insurance coverage. This coverage is for anything that would take me away from work like an accident, surgery, etc, where I wouldnt be able to pay my bills without worry. Except, this company doesnt like to pay out the money for a legitimate covered surgery, where all documentation has been submitted from not only the Surgeon, but also the company I work for. Its like pulling teeth every two weeks, Im either emailing them or calling them concerning why my ACH deposit hasnt arrived to my bank. And every time, its they need a new document that has already been submitted. I have NEVER missed a payment to them for their services, but when it comes time for them to pay out ITS A FIGHT! Buyer beware! My employer does not pay this company I pay them, and I will be searching for a new one.
