1.Maverick Warranty has been of no help when it comes to the warranty coverage for foundation repair for my client. They have continued to drag their feet and heels when it comes to standing for their warranty on a property that has significant foundation issues that is extremely visible. Maverick is a warranty company that sits on repairs, denies warranty claims on foundation repairs needed even after the home has failed inspection due to foundation. A second opinion on the foundation was provided and this foundation company found over $40,000 worth of foundation issues needing repaired. My client had a contract on the home to sell when the contract fell through due to the inspection failed due to the foundation.
