This company continues to call repeatedly maybe about 4 times a day. I have asked them multiple times to remove my number from their system. I have also tried their automated system to remove my number as well. Nothing seems to work. They do not wait for anyone to answer the phone, they instantly like to go to voicemail and leave an automated voicemail from ***** or ****. The numbers constantly change. I have advised them they do not follow any outbound calling guidelines. I would like to once and for all be removed from their call list. I have advised them as well that the number is on the do not call list and they do not care. They also are quick to hang up on you after you ask to be removed from the list. They are doing nothing but trying to pull a scam on people.Initial Complaint

Regal Capital Group (*****************************************) reached out to me of the past two months inquiring if my company needed a business loan. After initial introductory documents were sent from my company to Regal Capital Group, they began asking for detailed monthly bank statements. While this may not be atypical, we asked them to confirm why Regal Capital Groups was absence from the better business bureau search despite their claim on their website of having an A+ rating, and why they claim a 5 star rating on Trustpilot despite the fact that they have at best, one star. Different client managers began calling to insisting that we were holding things up and that we should provide our company's unredacted financials. They would not clarification Regal Capital Groups standing. In the last call, their representative said "I can see how this might concern you" and then they hung, only to call back 5 minutes with the same conversation, forgetting that they had just called me and then hanging up on me again once explained what I was asking for.Initial Complaint

Receiving numerous robo-phone calls from "Regal Capital Group" using different phone numbers all over the **** I've blocked about 80+ different phone numbers and they keep calling and leaving voicemails with new numbers. I receive anywhere between 4-7 calls a DAY. I've repeatedly "opted" out of their marketing via the automated selection AND called and spoken with several "representatives" and warned about further calls being considered harassment and will report with the BBB, they still call. This company needs to be put in check and fined heavily.Initial Complaint

This company is a bunch of con artist and scammers that keep calling my phone multiple time from all different numbers asking about a business that I don't own. They call me repeatedly from different numbers. I removed myself manually from their list multiple times through their automated system. That doesnt work. So I speak to a live person multiple times. Every time when I tell them to remove me they hang up and the calls never stop. At this point Im ready to *** them. DO NOT TRY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! You are forewarned.
