I generously gave this business a significant amount of money, north of 40k. It went relatively smoothly for about a year and a half, receiving consistent dividends. Out of nowhere, I receive an email from the owner *** stating the agreement is terminated. There was zero communication nor an attempt to reach a resolution amicably, and *** continues to ignore my attempts to reach a resolution peacefully leaving me no other options but to file suit. He claimed I didnt lend him enough money, however, at the same time *** purchased an Infiniti sedan and rented a luxury apartment in buckhead. Its clear that he mismanaged the funds, resulting in a cash flow crisis. In addition to this breach of agreement, he lied about losing a contract our businesses maintained together so he could keep all the profits. I figured out about his dishonesty when the management company reached out to maintain it. I do not recommend this business due to the blatant dishonesty and lack of integrity shown by the owner.Business response

We are an independently owned landscaping company with no affiliation to a *****************************. This is the second time hes claimed this information on both BBB and ******* We have never provided services for a customer by that name, either. Our filing via the state of Georgia and Articles of Organization reflect 100% in-house ownership.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:Mr. Woodburn continues to deny that we had any affiliation. This is far from the truth and can be proven in a court of law. It is public interest because potential clients should be aware of the lack of integrity shown by the leadership of the business. The paper trail is extensive.

We have no affiliation with *****************************. As a company, we have never received outside funding nor have we ever had a business partner. Woodburn Landscapes is solely owned by Max *********************** Lastly, we have never provided service(s) of any kind to anyone named *****************************. If you visit our ****** My Business page you will see ************************* also put the same remarks via a 1-star review on that platform. We have contacted ****** to remove the review considering it details incorrect/made-up information.
