Was in an accident where I was rear ended at red light and hired Bader Scott firm to represent me. Overall Ive been getting the run around since November ***************************************************************************** November 2023 its now March ******************************************************* 31% but in reality its 50% and they are receiving more than me. They writing payouts in instead of them being typed in along with the other charges. Not communicating professionally everything is through text but Im glad I have that in black and white so that I can get someone else to look over. Overall the worst law firm I have ever worked with they have put a toll on my health and most of all theyre scheming and scamming customers out of money and its no truth into what they say. We agreed to one amount but that was a scam because since then the amount has changed and theyre still deducting from the amount we agreed to only for them to receive more than me which is not 31% but more than 50%Business response

I am rejecting this response because:This is what I been getting the run around they say one thing then it leads to something else and this been going on for a while and I was told this in November that December would be when the settlement would be resolved and its been 2weeks since the check has arrived so what could possibly be the hold up when everything was already calculated out but this is the problem Ive been having since day one lack of communication and sloppy work

I am rejecting this response because: Since November 2023 its been one lie after another. Prolonging the situation telling me one thing and then that turns into something else. Schemes and scams is the only thing that comes to mind because nothing has been accurate since day one from the percentage to the sum total. I was told that partial of the check was in 2/25 and the remainder came in on 2/27 which Ive never known for an insurance settlement to issue out partial of pay. It was said from that date it would be a week when accounting would release the check but that turned into another week and here it is the 3rd week now they stating it will be next week when overall I feel as though theyre trying to scam me. Very unsatisfied with their response because its always something different from what was agreed upon. Im just ready to be done and over with dealing with this firm has been one of the worst experiences of my life getting Bader Scott to represent me when I was struck in the back of my car which is automatically drivers fault and it shouldnt had to take all this and the main reason why I dont have anything good to say or would recommend ANYONE to hire this firm for legal purposes theyre to inaccurate and find no truth in their claims.

Bader Scott Injury Lawyers took my accident injury case that occured 11/27/2019 in which I was injured with 3 vertebrate in my back as proved by MRI, a spine pain specialist, and 6 months of therapy with a chiropractor. This firm has dealt with my case at rvery turn dragging their feet, not returning phone calls for months, not keeping me informed about the status of my case for nearly three years! We take the trust that you have extended to us very seriously. The firm understands that being injured as a result of an accident can add additional stress to one's life. As such, we ensure that we consistently communicate, honestly, with our clients. ***** times there are opposing counsel and adjusters that we have to negotiate with in order to secure a settlement, with our client's authority. If we are unable to reach a resolution with the opposing side, our client's have the option of proceeding with a lawsuit. In this matter, a lawsuit was timely filed on your behalf. The discovery period recently concluded, and negotiation talks have resumed. I am rejecting this response because:
This lawyer and firm have not returned repeated calls for months and have not kept me informed of this trial. A formal complaint will be given to the state bar for all lawyers working on this case. **** has dragged on for nearly three years with no results. ****** left a message that he will ask judge incase to remove them as my lawyer. This lawyer wasnt even aware of an additional $25000 that would be available from my insurance agency until I repeadily brought it to his attention. They have shown nothing but a weak willingness to take this case to court which has compromised any award from this insurance company. I will be dealing with the bar association and this lawyers future and then will be seeking a legal resolution against Bader Scott for this poor representation! Vegas Tingle

This law firm represented me for a workers compensation claim over a year ago. There was a settlement agreement and I have yet to receive $100 of the remaining settlement. I have emailed my attorneys twice ****** and ****) and also Seth ********************* with no response. I left several voice messages for ******* (paralegal) several months ago and have yet to receive a response to my request for final payment.I would like like to know when I can expect to receive the final payment for my settlement, please.Business response

We are reviewing this matter and believe this oversight will be resolved shortly. This was an oversight on a settlement. THERE IS NO MONEY BEING WITHHELD FROM ********************. As I said, I have discussed this matter with the lawyer for the insurance company and I optimistic this issue will be resolved shortly.
