  0 out of 10. I wouldn't recommend Bader Scott law firm to anyone. My son had four different lawyers in their firm within a year and a half time frame. The last lawyer didn't care at all. He stopped answering my calls, he was always in a meeting or at lunch. He lied about my son's case not having a statute of limitation. I found out after the statue limitation was up that there was a statue of limitation because the Law Firm sent me a letter stating that there was a statue of limitation. He didn’t have the decency to let me know directly. It is so sad that when you’re in such a vulnerable state and unfamiliar with the policies and laws that the one person you think has your best interest really doesn’t. it is one thing to have already been through one traumatic situation and then to discover you find yourself in a worst situation is very heartbreaking. I would have been fine if he would’ve said he was unable to represent my son in a timely manner so I could have sought out a more qualified law firm that was worth my time instead of stringing me along pretending that we were going to go to court. Playing like he was taking care of business when actuality he was just waiting for the time to pass. You would think this Law Firm took my son’s case for a reason, that they would of fought hard to be on my side. This experience has really hurt me to my soul. There’s no way this Law Firm was for my son. Instead of helping, they made this situation worse. The lawyer has been able to rest at night while I’m up still heartbroken and devastated because I couldn’t get my son the Justice he deserved. I feel like I failed my son, Due to the lawyer and law firm deliberately dropping the ball Without a care in the world. I’ve been trying to call, and email, this firm and I can’t even get a call back no explanation of what happened just a letter. I’m asking this law firm for my son‘s file in it’s entirety so I can preserve it.

  So I had put a ****** review of how they treated us and didn't do to help my husband. Matter of fact we never originally went to them . My husband's boss sent them to him when my husband was under a lot of pain meds and my husband thought they were the lawyers he originally hired. Then they gave us a woman comp attorney. Which we didn't know we could chose one of our own if we wanted too. But anyways after a year of mess *** my husband fired them. They lie . They will tell u they will get things right . They don't . They fired the one attorney we had for what reason idk . They turned husband my husband case into a joke. They had his phone number wrong. I had offices calling for someone else in the wreck he worked for. After fireing them they sent us a lean for way more than they deserve . My husband still is having his ********* comp check taken 670 out a month and still given to ********************************************** After we fired them. They do not care at all bout you or your family . They don't care the h*** u go thru . They lied to me initially about the money taken from his check that it was judge ordered n fact it was requested by the lawyer to a judge. I hope they deducting that from their bs lean. But listen so not think of they are Spanish oh they will care lol jokes on u. The owner requested a meeting cause we was gonna fire them then . Lol and we got stuck with the bill for that. ?? But in all seriousness don't waste ya time with them . They don't do what's right. Good thing I am left hand practicioner. (Baneful witch) just need to decide how to guide karma ?? in a way. I will never forgive how they treated my husband. Do you know well u don't so I will tell you the owner didn't even realize my husband lost an organ a year later *******. And the fact for months I been asking them to get him a check on his head cause something is seriously wrong now nope what they do ignore me . H*** my husband name still ain't spelled right .
