  Do not trust this company Torri is not honest. Shes a *****, she took my money point blank period. I will be contacting *********************** to let him know what kind of con artist this girl is. I call her a girl based off her professionalism. She do not have great communication skills. Horrible listening skills. Im pretty sure shes going to respond with some college Manipulated wording to cover up her short comings. She failed me I lost money. Thank God I didnt loose my case. Thank God I got it done without her help. If you want to get your kids back or be able to legally be apart of your children lives DO NOT HIRE THE FATERLESS GENERATION ITS A SCAM. I have a company that I used they are ******** times better than con artist Torri. So what she has a PHD her attitude, unprofessionalism, etc etc makes that PHD ***** just like her attitude. If you want your kids do not hire this company. She was no help at all. This is my advice. I got my kids without her help but she still took my money. Do not pay this girl until you see real progress. She will run off with your money. Not to mention she cut all commutation with me and still has not gave me my refund. Shes a *****

  The client ********************************* came to us on February 19, 2022.  He requested an invoice after our discussion.  He made his first payment on February 20, 2022.  During our time of working with ******************, we supported him whole-heartedly and believed in his fight.  Even after he missed his first court hearing, knowing he had another filing dismissed last year for not appearing, we still worked with him. With every late payment, I worked with him.  
  
  ****************** never paid his invoice in full.  But because he had a case coming up we expedited his attorney consultation.  ************ Terms & Agreement states he is not supposed to engage with the attorney until his invoice is paid in full, however we helped him by making sure he had a consultation with an attorney.  After consultation with the first attorney on April 12, 2022, the attorney sent me an email and a text telling me how rude he was and refused to work with him.  On the SAME day I got ****************** a consultation with another attorney, believing maybe the last issue was just a clash of personalities.  He liked the attorney.  We went with the firm.  Even with his invoice over 30 days past due, my office was still working with him.  I was even going to pay the difference in which ****************** was short to make sure he had representation. But I later was told ****************** did not inform the attorney of his upcoming court date nor did he sign the Engagement Agreement.  Per my conversation with ******************, he stated he did sign it. I later learned from an email screenshot he sent to another client. It was the Consultation Agreement and not the Engagement Agreement which I have a screenshot from the attorney office it was sent to the right email address, and he never signed it.  I also learned ******************, sent the client threatening emails which I have attached.  He accused the client of being in a scam, threatened to come to the clients job, and sent pictures of his children to him in a threatening manner as well.  The things ****************** said to me over the phone made me wish I had not allowed him to be a client.  
  
  Even with all of this we were willing to send ****************** a refund minus the $800.  We sent the refund via the Square Up software.  Now he is saying he did not get it.

  ****************** has not provided any documentation just insults. I posted documentation, not only from my company but also the attorney ****************** and I decided to go with. He can only say he rejects because I am a liar?  I am unsure how to continue.

  I attached text messages to kprove shes a liar. This company is a scam business. Her phone numbers are ****** voice numbers. Her so called office is not where she has on her advertisement online. She had done this same thing to others. Torri is completely unprofessional. Me and Torri in our last conversation she wouldnt allow me to speak. She constantly interrupt me to the point it irritated me and I raised my voice. Torri is a Manipulator. The first lawyer she sent to me was not Passionate about my case the way I think a lawyer should be. Again IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS EXPERIENCE THIS WITH TORRI. I requested another lawyer, as youll see in the screenshots I attached its all in the text thread. That proves Torri is a liar.  I was introduced to Dr **** as a potential option to assist in gaining contact & joint custody of my two minor sons.?Initially, Dr **** told me that I didnt qualify for her program due to the amount of money I was making. After I explained to her that I was in desperate need & also paying some debts she agreed to place me in her program on a sliding scale.?Ev
