Just received a one page document in the postal mail stating twice in caps "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE IS REQUIRED". Trying to sell auto repair insurance.The document goes on to state:- "By neglecting to replace your coverage you will be at risk of being financially liable..."- "Your file on this vehicle will be deleted and you no longer be eligible...- "Call no later than 7/3/24 The document is completely deceptive. Nothing is 'required." The document is preying on uniformed people who might fall for this urgency....required...neglecting...call no later...wordage.I intend to pursue this company legally.

I was just presented with a 2021 ****** Rogue as a gift for my **************** from ******* Cars and ********************** The next week I get a mailing from the "Motor Vehicle Services." It looked like an official document; so, I called them to see about a warranty extension. As soon as they answered the phone the gentleman, and I use this term loosely, he started by mispronouncing my first name. Then I tried to tell him the my name is ********************** to him until I give him permission to call me by my first name. That is basic etiquette! Then As I was attempting to inquire if this company is with ****** or are they like Car Shield, I was continuously interrupted.He wanted my vehicle information so I gave it to him. He them started putting my vehicle down saying he needed to talk to his supervision to see if they could help me. When his supervisor came on the phone he asked me why I thought myself ***************, I tried to get answers to my questions with no look. He was angry and he asked me if I was Royalty. I told him no; however I do have good manners and I hung up." They need to read *********************** "Book of Etiquette!" I believe that these mailings are a scam being put out there to take customers money and get nothing in return. That is about it. ***********************************

DO NOT GO INTO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Like previously stated, they are very misleading and possible a scam. I established a warranty with the company before discovering I already had one. When I called back to cancel my policy, not even a full 24 hours after activation, I was told that my vehicle was uncovered and with my mileage the company would not have been able to assist anyways. The representative then got very rude about my decision and tried to state that I wasted the company's time and refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor. When I was finally able to, the supervisor kept attempting to keep their coverage and when I made it clear I preferred elsewhere, tried to demean my intelligence and call me a puppet of the dealer. They are very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and hypocritical. Shop Elsewhere!

I am getting frequent mailers that are very misleading. They even sent something that appeared to be a check...until I opened it. I only opened it because I thought it was a check from DMV based on the envelope. I'll also add that the year/make/model of my personal vehicle was printed on the outside of said envelope.After 2 mailers I called and asked to be removed from their lists. ********* that answered the phone was insanely rude. I hung up and called back. I was told that what I had received was a "final notice" and that there would be no further communication. I just received another mailer.

Paid for roadside assistance and when you need it in an emergency they will not help you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I received a letter from them telling immediate response was required. It said my factory warranty will expired, or may have already expired based on the mileage and age of my vehicle. It also said my vehicle is a 2023 car. This is a complete scam and after waiting online for 15 minutes were nobody picked up. I decided to search their service on Better Business Bureau. I feel bad that these guys are in business because they can scam people out of hard earned money

I wouldn't even give them a star. They sent me a mail, I called the number to see what it was about and they were disrespectful because I told them I didn't want their services. They are disgusting people who are looking to scam people.

SCAM:They send mail that is misleading and ominous suggesting that your factory warranty will be voided and your vehicle listed as 'High Risk' with 'Pre Existing Conditions' with mechanical or electrical issues. Don't fall for it. I called the number and they suggest that it is "just and offer" when I called them on the carpet for the misleading mailer. You more than likely still have factory warranty and check with your manufacturer first before you fall for this c***

SCAM They make you feel like your vehicle warranty bought from dealer was not activated. This is a THIRD PARTY Sales. You have NOTHING expiring. Will also be filing with attorney general.
