I will keep this simple.This business credit savvi is not a reputable business. The ceo *******************, admitted in the documentation below that he never worked my account. He said and i quote "this is due to duplicate accounts I have"As i did my investigation, it shows below in the documentation that I had 2 different llcs , so these were not duplicate accounts.I have many screenshots to build a legal case against Credit savvi, and since they refused to refund me all my money back, I will look into possibly pursuing a legal matter for damages and 10 months of inactivity.The screenshots below indicate that ******************* admitted to never working my business account. I Have plenty of other documentation to which he knows i can use against him but this is the main one im using for now He knew him and his team did not fulfill their end of the contract, so he cancelled the contract. While i'm grateful for that, it doesnt excuse the money I wasted as well as the months of inactivity from ******************* and his team.Depending upon his response, will indicate whether I decide to pursue a legal case against credit Savvi. I will also intend to contact higher authorities to investigate creditsavvi.The account that was attached to my contract with Denefits and credit savvi was member id: ******* this was the account that was sent to me to which i have multiple times told ***** this was the account to work on.So i'll wait and see what credit savvi says, as i am going to my banks and disputing everything i paid credit savvi. You cancelling the contract is you admitting, you defrauded your services to me.
