False ************************* claims that the loan is based on income, not credit. Well, I applied for a loan May 28, 2024. For two months I went through a lot of back and forth being told of what I needed to do even when it was done. Clearly their computer system does not work. I had trouble uploading check stubs and was told I could fax them. They sent email saying I did not provide check stubs. Then when I called to say I was told I can fax them. Then they send an email about they do not accept pdf forms of faxes. But they will waive the pdf requirement if I send email from my work stating my name and DOB. Then they tell me I never sent it. I sent it three times and even emailed them the screen shot. I went through two months of going back and forth to be turned down based on information quoted from a letter of "adverse action" which states "Our credit decision may have been based in whole or in part on information obtained from an affiliate or an outside source that did not provide us with a consumer report. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you have the right to make a written request for a disclosure of this information no later than 60 days after you receive this notice." Had I would of known that any credit was going to be looked at, I would not of applied. Especially to be put thru so much
