Accidently locked myself out of the house. My dogs were in the house and there was no way inside the house so I googled a locksmith and these guys came up first on ****** suggestions. I saw they had tons of good reviews so I went ahead and called them for assistance and within an hour I had a supposed locksmith at the house working on getting us inside. When he arrived he stated that we shouldn't worry because he'd have the front door opened quickly and there would not be any damage done to the door since he was using air bags and a special door pry. The deadbolt was not engaged, only the bottom handle was locked. After a few minutes he couldn't get in and said that there must not have been a strike plate mounted on the door so he would "have to do some damage" to get us in. I figured he meant some scraping and dents on the door jam from the tool and told him to go ahead. Next thing I know he's fully shoulder bashing the door in. On the second bash my brain started working again after the shock wore off but before I could tell him to stop the door blew open, blasting a chunk of my door frame, the strike plate, and all the trip on the right inside of the door into my house on the ground. I couldn't process why this had just happened and then he asked me for the 100$ fee and in shock I just paid him and let him go. After the shock wore off I got extremely upset and called the company multiple times and was told multiple times that a manager would call me within 15 minutes, however to this day I haven't heard from a single person. Do not trust this company, and do not do what I did and have faith that they will send the right person for the job. I'm out money and time, and have had to spend several hundred dollars getting this door back into shape so that it would even close again, keeping my family safe. I could have kicked my own door in with the same results instead of paying them to do it for me. I have pictures showing the severity of the damage from all angles.Business response

Hello. We would like to update that the customer was contacted and we were able to reach an agreement to the customers satisfaction, he will be issued a full refund. We are very sorry he wasnt able to contact us prior to his complaint. We will further investigate this matter to ********* will not happen again.
