This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. From the moment you hand over your hard-earned money, it's like throwing it into a black hole. Nothing happens, and any attempt to reach them for clarification or support is met with silence. It's as if they have vanished into thin air, leaving you frustrated and ripped off. To add insult to injury, they have the audacity to delete their email address, making it impossible for you to ever get in touch with them again.Initial Complaint

I have Wired the $65,000 last May ********************************************************************************* trailers. I kept on asking them to call me also now the specialist that was emailing me back and forth said that by May 10 /2023 if we don't have you set up with truck then we will refund you the money. Now her email does not work(*************************) and I have been calling the ********** and no one has been answering me. I am writing to file a formal complaint against SLR Logistics, located at **********************************************************************************, for failing to honor the terms of our signed contract dated October 14th, 2022. I entered into a contract with SLR Logistics for the purchase of the "Fleet Package" for $120,000, which included the following provisions:Acquisition of five tractor-trailer units.Provision of five qualified Class A CDL driver candidates.Additional services, such as:a. 90 business days of operations management and training.b. Incorporation registration c. Provision of EIN, company logo, and website.d. Processing and provision of ********** of ********* (DOT) number and ******************************* (If Applicable).e. Provision of a dedicated fleet management system.Provision of freight options from five separate freight companies.The contract also stipulated that these elements would be provided within 90 business days from the contract date, which would be by February 28th, 2023.I made a payment of $120,000 on October 4th, 2022, via wire transfer to secure the services outlined in the contract. However, as of today, well beyond the 90-business-day period, SLR Logistics has failed to provide the items mentioned above.In light of SLR Logistics' breach of contract, I have retained legal counsel, *****************************. My attorney, **************, has attempted to contact SLR Logistics' counsel, ****** Law, on the following dates:March 2nd, 2023 March 7th, 2023 March 9th, 2023 Unfortunately, both SLR Logistics and ****** Law have not responded to our communication attempts. As of April 3rd, 2023, we have been informed that SLR Logistics is no longer being represented by ****** Law, further complicating our attempts to resolve the issue.I am filing this complaint with the Better Business Bureau to seek your assistance in resolving this matter. I request that SLR Logistics provide a full refund of the amount paid.Business response

Pursuant to its Agreement with ****************, it was required to provide the following services:
Five qualified Class A CDL driver candidates pursuant to the personnel provision
Any freight options pursuant to the freight contracts provision
Any tractor trailer units pursuant to the equipment provision.
Provision of dedicated fleet management system pursuant to the services provision
SLR denies ******************** allegations. The following is its response to Mr. *************;allegations as to how SLR breached its contract with him:
SLR hired a recruiter for ******************** account on December 7,2022 and provided him with the names and licenses of five (5) CDL driver candidates with their approved medical records. He was also provided a list of drivers through *************.com.
Mr. ***********;were provided with freight options from the following freight companies: Vior Transportation/Old Empire, Kea Transportation,************, USS Freight, Coyote Logistics and ****************. These companies also provide an MC number, DOT number, cargo and liability insurance,dispatch, fleet management systems and trailers.
SLR facilitated the acquisition of tractor trailer units through ***************** and Vior Transportation, both of which do not require a credit back per Mr. *************;request.
SLR provided a dedicated fleet management system through the freight broker contracts, which includes an ELD driver log system.At this time, SLR is denying a refund and/or a termination of its contract with **************** on the basis of complete services rendered.
