In February of 2022 we hired this company, Georgia Paver Restoration, to do work at ************************. This work consisted of adding sand to our pool pavers, installing caps on our retaining wall and adding 2 pavers under our deck. The installation of the caps and additional pavers were completed as promised and had no issue with the $370 paid for that portion. The sand installation was unfortunately not done as promised. They recommended a sealant over the sand that they confirmed would not damage the pavers. However, it left a residue over all pavers. In addition, the sand came out after just a few weeks. We have tried to communicate with the company over the past few months but they have refused to return our calls, emails or texts after 6/21/22. We have asked for a partial refund for the work that cost $1,675. Georgia Paver Restoration is acting in bad faith to ignore our request for a fair resolution to this matter. We will have to pay another company to re-apply sand and remove the sealant (if it can be safely removed). We asked for a refund of $1,000, which is beyond fair based on the issues we have and money that will need to be paid to fix them.***********************
