Hi- I reached out to this location back in 12/2019 regarding canceling my membership. I had a massage that I booked that day that I has to cancel later that day because of an emergency at work (flood at a level one trauma center that required patient evacuation). The manager ******** refused to return any of my calls and was extremely rude. This is documented on a yelp review. I spent weeks trying to resolves the issue and eventually gave up thinking that my membership was cancelled as per my request. Fast forward to now, and I realize that they are continuing to charge my card despite trying to cancel then and even a year later. I currently have been billed for 31 visits and their solution is a 3 month refund and then 60 days to use the rest. this is impossible. I have reached out to the current manager (****) several times. I try to return her calls and she is usually unavailable. She has her employees that she will call during a certain hour and she does not. She even states in her email that she will call in the evening and she does not. Only today have I ever been emailed cancellation paperwork from this location. Please help me cover almost $200o in fraudulent charges.
