I live more than 25 miles away from any of their locations and per the contract I can cancel because of that. I called to cancel and was told to send an email. I sent an email on 12/4/23 to have my account canceled and they have not done so. I've also sent another email, but they will not respond. They keep taking my money knowing that I live more than 25 miles away. Please help.Initial Complaint

Hi there, my name is *********************** and my fianc name is ************************************** we have tried multiple times to reach out to the corporate office and to the location that we purchased the membership with. After numerous phone calls, emails, and voicemails I have yet to receive any word back from Massage Heights. My fianc and I signed up for a membership but due to circumstances that have come up we are unable to maintain our membership there and wish to cancel. Every month the company takes $69.99 out of both of our accounts and we have only been there once. I would really appreciate if someone would be able to help me resolve this problem.Business response

We have spoken with this member and offered the membership freeze option, which was accepted. Executed Membership Agreement attached. Doesn't allow for cancellation for reasons mentioned. We are working with this member to resolve.Initial Complaint

To Whom it May ********* am writing to ask you to please help me with my request of cancellation of the two contracts I signed with Massage Heights for my husband and me (******************************** and ***************************). I called the Company numerous times, but they do not want to cancel these contracts. The two contracts amount to nearly $130 a month, and I want Massage Heights to cancel these contracts immediately.There are two reasons for my cancellation: First, I am no longer satisfied with their services. At least, on two occasions consecutively, Massage Heights cancelled on me. The two times, I booked a hotel and incurred the related charges, but got no service. Massage Heights did not apologize; neither did they offer any compensation. I fear this may happen again. Second, and rather disturbing, I fear I have not been getting the service I have been paying for. One example is the last time I had a face massage, I got home to find out my face was showing markers of the paper used on my face during the massage session. That is not professional.For these reasons, I no longer wish to continue patronizing this company. Please help me obtain cancellation of the two contracts I have with them. I also request they immediately stop withdrawing funds from my account.Thank you, very much, for your help.***************************** ************** - *******************Business response

We cancelled this membership back in 2021 and we spoke with the complainant. Not sure why BBB is sending this complaint in February of 2023??
