I went to the office in January of 2020. I've requested a refund repeatedly. A check dated 11/09/2021 was mailed to me and received on 06/09/2022. Needless to say, the bank would not accept a check that was that old. I had repeatedly given the correct mailing address and it was not being updated by the employees. I took the bad check in person to the Roswell location and gave them the new address, in writing, so there were no more mistakes. That was 6/9/22. Today I tried to speak with ***************************, an office manager. He, like everyone else, made excuses for all the mistakes and offered no attempt in getting me a refund check plus interest that is due. The refund check dated 11/9/21 was for $210.02. The services were Jan 2020 with **************, if I remember correctly. It is one of the worst patient care, and administrative issues I've ever experienced in healthcare. How on earth can you not take a simple address change? How can you not get a refund check issued that is actually a good check? Everyone I speak with hangs up or says they can't help me because it's not their job. What on earth??? Meanwhile, they have my money for going on THREE years!Initial Complaint

My Daughter was experiencing abdominal pain, diarrhea, and rectal bleed in March 2022. This caused my daughter to become severely anemic. She Saw ***************************************** regarding her symptoms. Upper GI series and Colonoscopy scheduled for my daughter for 4/1/2022. My daughter had the procedure on April 1, 2022. Dr. ********** informed me that a tissue sample was collected and sent to pathology for examination of R/O cancer and other diseases. Dr. ********** never called to communicate the pathology results to us. I called the office for a follow-up on the results as well as to express my concerns in May 2022. DR. **********'s medical assistant stated that Dr. ********** mailed the pathology results back in April, which were never received. The medical assistant informed me that the results were going to be mailed again. By June 24, 2022, the results were never received, so I contacted the office again and the Medical Assistance for DR. ********** then told me My daughter's pathology results finding which needed to be treated for a long time since April if we had to gotten the results timely. Due to severe anemia associated with the bleeding, my daughter had to receive a blood transfusion her hemoglobin dropped to 6.8. This Doctor was very rude, Condescending, and show no care when we had the office visit prior to the procedure. This conduct is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I had a procedure done on 05.17.2021. by Dr. ** mIdhael West. The procedure was done at *****************, in **********. At the time my insurance was Cigna and I had to pay $275 for the prodedure which I paid. That was my copay. Well the billing office goofed up when submitting to Cigna. Cigna paid, then took the money band from what I see they paid something but evidently thebilling office says I owe ********. I have had several calls to billing office and to Cigna. Cigna stated I owe nothing but the cvopy and informed me the bnillers charged for two producres done on a 1 day visit whch they shouldn't have. I can get no where with Cigna as I repeatedly tried with them since they say there is nothing I owe. They said If I continue having problems to contact authorities. I have sent emails to the billing department and they don't answer me. I told them to stop harassing me with collection agency if I don't pay. They don't answer my emails. I am not paying as I owe nothing. So, I need to stop being harassed every month since this is very stressful to keep on dealing with a situation that doesn't concern me. In my emails to them I told them to contact Cigna as I owe nothing but nothing happens and they keep sending the bills. I am 80 years old and this is getting to be too much every month. I could not have the procedure until I paid my copay which I did before the procedure was done. So please help me or send me to the place where someone will help me.
