This third party I have never heard of is sending me a bill for $3500 for something my health insurance fully covers (anaesthesia during my labor & delivery in December 2023). Further, my understanding is that legally this should all be billed via the hospital I gave birth at, not directly from a third party. Despite my confirming my health insurance covers this service, this exploitative business continues to harass me to pay them directly for a bill I know with 100% certainty I do not owe.

My complaint is in regards a **** that I should not have. Account ********** had a preventive colonoscopy done on April 28,2023. Before I had my test done, I called Aetna my health insurance and they advised me that all my procedure should be covered as preventive. So, I had a colonoscopy done and all my doctor's **** was covered under my insurance. However, the anesthesiologist did not file the exam as preventive test and keep sending me a **** of $547.20.I have called ***** questioning the **** and they said the Anesthesiology did not code the exam as preventive and therefore I am receiving a ****. I called the Valley Anesthesiology Consultants several times trying to have someone fix the code of the exam per my MD request as a preventive exam and they keep sending the **** back again with wrong code and changing me. I will not pay $547.20 for this company that is not doing her job of filing a correct code to get the insurance to make the right payment for the procedure. and. I need this code to be filed correctly as a preventive exam as it was done from my MD and the **** should be removed from my name since my insurance is supposed to cover 100% as a preventive exam. Please call if you have any questions.

I received a bill September 2023, asking for **** payment, with no insurance on record.I updated the insurance information since then, almost every other weeks. I was told multiple times that insurance was updated when I attempted to contact them; but later the bill was still quoted incorrectly. It's Dec 2023 now. I received the same bill. I called the service number, the person hang up on me when I was in the mid of providing information to search for the account. I called back three times, it went back to the voice mail which was full. I am unable to reach out to this business, and they seemed never updated the information on insurance, while trying to push me to pay the full amount.

I went to the ** with my 17 months old daughter on Aug 27th. She had diarrhea with blood. She had peach state insurance, but it was expired at the moment. I did not know that. I realized when I got there. I waited for the dr about 2 hours. When she came she just asked me the symptoms of the patient and left. That conversation was no more than 2 min. I got 2 bills for this visit. One from the hospital-$ **** and another one from Envision physician services, supposedly from the Dr that saw my daughter . The bill from Envision $ 659 , but reduced to 359 because she had no insurance at tat moment . After emails, texts, mails of harassment to pay it I did pay it today. Now when I did research online I realized this is a surprise bill. I am going to the bank tomorrow to report that transaction, the one where I paid them.

I had a surgery in April 2022. My insurance billed out within a month or two and all was well. In January 2023 I received a contact from this company saying I owe for an X-ray taken on my surgery service date. I contacted them, shared my insurance info (because I had 100% coverage for imaging) and they said if I didnt hear back soon all was taken care of. Well 6 months later they contacted me again and said that the bill was still owed. Once again I contacted them, provided the correct insurance information and after a week or two they sent more urgent contact saying I was delinquent. I contacted my insurance again to ensure it gets paid and they insisted several times they didnt believe it to be a valid bill. After a lot of time on the phone with them they paid it. To avoid further issue I had a 3-way call between my insurance and this company to verify all was taken care of and avoid any more confusion. The insurance rep confirmed the payment was sent about a week prior, 8/2/23, on a batch check and the check number was provided. The rep for Envision said he hadnt received it but said he will pause the bill collection to give time for payment to process. Its now been 4 weeks and I receive texts, emails, etc every single day telling me to pay the bill and nothing has been received. I have an EOB from the insurance showing when payment was made. I followed up with Envision and they insist theyve received nothing and I need to pay it. After reading these reviews its clear they are an absolute sham of a company and they are trying to get double paid for the same bill, which doesnt even seem to be valid. They have very limited methods to contact them, so sitting on hold on the phone is the only route. They dont make cases for issues such as this so no notes or understanding is carried over and you never seem to talk to the same person. Its an endless loop and likely the only way to correct it the legal route.

Account number: ******** Bill ID: ************** Printed on June 23, 2023 Total: $ ******* Patient responsibility: $ ***** (there could be another anonymous bill and insurance could refuse to pay the insurance portion of the total above. Services: Anaesth/analg Vag delivery-***** Due date July 28, 2023 Date of service: April 08, 2022 Got a bill from Envision a year and 3 months after delivery. Every other bill concerning the medical stay was billed, sent and paid to me(by various other companies and my health insurance has paid, and I have paid my part) and by me within a month of service. I called customer service and asked why I am getting a bill a full year and 3 months after the procedure. I was told that the insurance company would have to pay for their responsibility and I would pay the balance. There was a delay because the insurance company did not pay. I understand that, but I told the call service rep that I am no longer even using that particular health insurance company, so this is not evwn relevant, a year and 3 months after. I hadn't been using it for 6 months now. I was told that I would have to expect another bill, but they are not sure. I asked, when? Would I have to wait for another year? Wait for 2 years and 3 months, how about 15 years and 3 months? How would I know when I would be done with this company? I don't do my own billing. I am the patient. I was not told how much to expect my bill to be( no billing transparency), so I cannot subtract from an amount to know or balance that I might be owing them. What is the cost that I owe them, should the insurance not pay? I don't know? This is not ethical. It is actually evil! I read other reviews on the ****** page of this company, there are numerous reviews with exactly the same billing problem. Some people have complained that they were overbulled or billed incorrectly. How can I verify that I was billed correctly, or not overbled if the send me the bill last week in July 05, 2023?

Went to the ** on 5/20. The doctor was in the room for a maximum of 20 minutes and did not explain any of the procedures being done or the reason or cost of the treatment. We were billed $981 for the doctor to tell us that there was no blood clot (which was the entire reason for the visit). Bloodwork was taken, but nothing was mentioned regarding any of the tests. We had to specifically request our medical records from the hospital to see any of the tests. Even with a self-pay "discount", the charges do not reflect the Physician's actual work.

For the same medical service I received on the same day, two accounts were created and they wanted to collect from two different bills. This is unethical and unacceptable.
