    On June 7th at 2248, I was contacted by, ***************************************** by ***, *******, I believe, responding to a message that I left regarding working on June 8th. She advised me to come in on Saturday. I advised her that I did not see an open shift under the job assignment on the website of Snapcare. She indicated she will reach out to Snapcare and it would be fine. Saturday morning I arrived at the facility and unable to clock in on my phone, which is my usual method. I contacted the *** and advised that I would not work unless I was able to clock in. She contacted the program manager, *******, whose message I included, advising me to come with an assurance that I would be paid without issue. On Mon, I contacted payroll having noticed the submission said June 5 instead of June 8. The rep told me it would be fine since my timesheet said June 8. I received an email confirmation advising that my timesheet would be paid via direct deposit on June 14. On June 14, I contacted payroll asking why my timesheet was declined for June 13th and I was told that I was missing a time punch. I asked which one? I was told the punch out. I said, no it's 0715pm. Then I was told it was the punch in. I said no it's not it was 0600am. She asked why the time was changed. I advised her because for some reason the app was not opening, which I attributed to wifi. I deleted the app and attempted to reinstall and was unable to do so. I contacted my recruiter via text and explained the problem, but ************************************************************** I advised my recruiter that my time was declined and he reached out to the payroll department. I was told via payroll to submit a new entry for the 8th, which I attempted to, but was unable to. I called payroll again explaining the situation. The rep advised me that he would manually submit the timesheet and get it paid immediately. Has not been done as of yet. One excuse after another.

    I was working for this company in **** they decide to not pay me my last pay check I reach out countless times in process to file claim i didnt extend my contract one of the girls that was there with me was discriminated against and star nurse let her down as been they employee they is a poor **** company dropping pay
