Hello, I purchased a hair dryer from this company April 2020. Registered for the warranty May 2020. by providing all the info requested (Receipt, details about the purchase, address and phone number). On Nov 1st 2021 I reported the wall outlet fell apart. After many emails back and forth and supplying pictures and all the details already provided in May 2020; this company has declined to replace the hair dryer. I purchased this on ***** I am providing all the details in the upload. Along with my communication with the seller. The wall outlet was not damaged by me, it fell apart because it was not manufacture to withheld use for at least two years. Furthermore, they state I am not entitled to a replacement because it was not purchased from a certified retailer. Well, then they should not sell it to distributers who are not certified retailers. They can't sell something and then turn around and say they don't cover the warranty. That is a misrepresentation of the warranty offer. I see a refund please. To initiate a warranty claim, we will need a copy of your proof of purchase receipt (must include itemized pricing) and/or a copy of your registration confirmation. Without validation of purchase, we will not be able to replace your unit. The following are non-valid proofs of purchases, and as such, will not be honored: credit/debit card statements, or private purchases (unit purchased from another customer or sold through a **** bidding site/used products).
