      Location - ************ ** I went in last week and NO ONE in the store could speak a single sentence in ENGLISH. The girl fulfilling my order dropped food outside and then swept it back into my container. She then picked up a piece of chicken she dropped and put in into my order. I told her to take the piece of chicken out and all she knew how to say was NO. I asked for a manager and 3 people stood there looking at my face speaking to each other in spanish and then finally said NO (what the h*** does that mean?!).I asked for the girl's name and she then again said NO. Like toddlers learning a new language they only seem to know the word NO!. Since then I have called back to speak to a manager and they always respond with NO manager!What the h*** kind of establishment is this!!!!!!Firstly LEARN ENGLISH! 2nd a MANAGER should be present supervising these teenagers and THIRD why do they not wear name tags??????

      ************, ** location:While I frequent the referenced location often, I no longer will. Today was the worst example of customer service I have encountered. The party I frequented the location with experienced a supposed Assistant Manager eating while preparing our order, the tables were dirty and instead of offering to wipe down the table for us, she proceeded to provide me with a dry paper towel & stated "theres napkins over there". I then attempted to locate a knife in order to cut the food I had just ordered but unfortunately there were no knives available so I inquired if she could provide one and she had an extremely bad attitude, informing me that they had no surplus knives (well, obviously someone is not doing their job) and then, basically stated that I "could leave if I didnt like it". The men's and women's restrooms were disgustingly dirty. When asked to speak with a manager, she informed me that she was the Assistant Manager which seriously shocked me to find out this is a person **** has hired to represent their company. I have been in the customer service business for over 30 years, My company's motto is and has always been "The customer is always right...even when they are wrong". If at anytime I had reacted to a customer in the aforementioned manner, I would not have a job to go back to and our company would have lost a lot of business over the years if we hired people such as the party encountered today. Sad to say but ***** just lost a loyal customer...too bad their supposed Assistant Manger can't state the same of being a loyal employee and providing simple customer service to their patrons in order to retain the customer base. Taco ****, here I come. Such HORRIBLE customer service that I would not give it a rating of even 1 star

      At the ************ location the girl ****** is rude. I tell her I dont like the way she did the Quesadilla because she did not cut it properly she gets an attitude with me and rolls her eyes. Unprofessional if she doesnt want to be at work then she needs to leave

      I visited moles on ************ in ********** ************** stand in line a long time and asked employee if she can kindly dice my white meat and the manager going to tell me next time she will not be able to do that for me ,i felt like she was upset about me asking for something they normally do for me and now it was a problem because I didnt give her the feedback she wanted she told me she will not sell me my food and she made a whole seen about not selling me my food , can you please do something about this thankyou

      i visited moes in enterprise on boll weeives on 11/10/2021 , i was coming in around 8:15 with my children when i overheard the manager of moes tell one of her employees that she was a "************" in front of her face it was a fight broke out in front of my children and the manager christine ******* told me and my children to get the "hell" out of her resterant that is disgusting to know that the moes in enterprise across from walmart is races and needs to be shut doen the young lady went to jail and had her check cut down for being called a races word that shouldve not been used i informed the young lady to contact corprate when she has the chase today i went in and saw that she snated on another employee arms inside the work place and told her to go home because she is sloppy someones needs to stop this manager because its disgusting to tell a young black woman that she is a "************" in front of her face the manager name is christine ******* as what the young lady told me

      I visited store #512 on 9/10 at 7:15 PM on a break from work. There was a line of only 5 or so people and 5 workers, however, the speed was very slow. I arrived to the end of the line after 10 minutes. The person on the register made me insert my card twice because of a mistake she made in the payment system. I was handed 2 receipts, a merchant and a customer copy at 7:34 PM. Another 15 minutes pass as I watch the person in front of me being handed a side item to my order, and the person behind me, who ordered the same menu item, given my order. I ask the person on register for clarification and she apologizes saying someone down the line made a mistake and they will remake it. People behind continue to exit with their orders, each receiving 2 receipts. The line behind me is now longer with about 8 people. My order is dumped into a chips bag without the 2 side items. I requested one side item, as the person on the register offers me a coupon and a free drink, the latter of which I declined. During this time, Doordash drivers and pick-up order customers wait at the front of the line frustrated because of the slow speed and the mistakes they have made on their orders. I exited to the parking lot around 7:50 PM to discover the item I ordered is only filled with the bare essentials, cheese and chicken, and not the toppings I had originally ordered shortly after 7:15 PM. I went back in the restaurant to explain this mistake and requested a refund. The employee at the register instead pushes me down the long line of customers and tells me to ask the employees on the line to remake my order a 3rd time. She pulled me aside and complained about the team members and offered me another coupon and a drink, which I again refused. My order is packaged by a different employee who laughed and shrugged off the incident with another customer as she carelessly dropped my order into a carry-out carton at 8 PM. I'm requesting a full refund of $14.28 for my order and an official apology from this store. I've been a loyal customer for over 7 years and never have I seen such unprofessionalism and slow service at this location. The disregard and disrespect I experienced last night after waiting for over 45 minutes is unacceptable. I am also requesting that corporate consider retraining the current manager and employees at this location. I've observed the quality of service drop over the past few months on previous visits with long wait times, team members not on the assembly line or knowing their job duties. There should be no reason 5 employees messed up as many orders as they did last night during my visit. This team is currently not equipped to handle a line of only a few people, I do not believe in their ability to serve customers on the busy weekends ahead during the University of Alabama's football season. I look forward to being contacted with information about my refund and an official apology.
