      March ****** booked an appointment for March 28th, 2024 from 11am-2pm *** paid a deposit of $75 and owed $500 cash at the time of appointment.March 11th, the business owner took it upon herself without contacting me or speaking with me to change the appointment time from 11:30 to 2pm. I actually didn't realize this until the day of the appointment when I was almost there. On March 28th at roughly 1030, I received a text message asking if I could push my appointment back to 12:30. I immediately pulledo over and began texting the owner back letting her know that I had a follow on doctors appointment and I could not push my appointment back and she didn't respond. So I went ahead and showed up to her salon because I didn't want her to say I was a no show. In person, I told her I couldn't reschedule for a later time due to how long it takes me to get to her salon and back to my side of town for my appointment. I did telll her I could possibly come the next day but I would let her know when I get back home. I left, she texted me that her client was extremely late that is why she was behind. She asked me could I come back she could be done by 2. I told her know that I was already home. She offered me an evening appt the next day, I declined to the distance and the traffic concerns during that time of day. I informed her that I would like to forego this experience at this time and she offered me a morning appt. I didn't respond. The next message I received was harrassment/bullying simply stating that I would never win the dispute and she promises me that. I have never in my 40 plus years on earth had a business use my personal phone number to message me a threat or be so unprofessional moreless, create a policy that requires a consumer to pay for services when the missed opportunity is due to the business owner. This is an illegal business practice.

      1. Appointment Time Change: We regret any confusion or inconvenience caused by the change in your appointment time. While unforeseen circumstances can sometimes necessitate schedule adjustments, we understand the impact this can have on our clients.

      2. Non-Refundable Fee: Our policy regarding non-refundable fees is designed to secure appointments and cover administrative costs associated with scheduling and reserving time with our specialists. However, we acknowledge that this policy can create challenges when circumstances change unexpectedly. 

      3. Resolution Offer: I offered to schedule your appointment at more convenient time and you declined. This does not give you the right to file a fraudulent dispute with the bank after reading, signing and consenting to our non-refundable deposit agreement. In which I have attached your consent forms. 

       I want to assure you that this situation is taken seriously, and I am committed to clarifying any misunderstandings. I want to clarify me stating that you will not win a dispute is not a threat. Communication and professionalism are of utmost importance to me, and I value our client relationships greatly.

      The service that I received from *************** was not good. I didnt get what I paid for and I feel like it was a rush job. My brows are not like the photos on her website. Im so dissatisfied with how my brows looks. I was told that I can come back in 6-8 weeks to get them darker, which they shouldve been darker in the beginning. After getting my brows done I called **** the next day to see if I can come back in to get them darker and was told no. She didnt care about how I was feeling, her only concern was the money. After she did my brows is when she explained to me that I cant get any Sweat, sun, or water on my brows, because they would disappear. I pay ten dollars for lashes and then sold some fake mink lashes with a pen, which doesnt state that on her website. I only wanted lashes but was told I had to get them both because they were a set. Her website is VERY misleading and her work is ??. I will not be going back to her and would never recommend this place. Ill be uploading my brows and the brows on her website to show the difference. PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR BROWS DONE HERE!!! The corner of my brow broke and it has not been a week since she did them. Three hundred and fifty dollars. IM SO ****** OFF ??. This is what **** calls the healing process and my brows are slowly peeling off, for ******. I want my money back from this business because my brows are falling off when they are supposed to be 6D Ombr Microshading. She never asked me how what shade, color, width, or length of my brows until I complain about them when she finished and I told her that I was dissatisfied with the look.

Attached you will find all the information you need to understand the whole process of my 6D Ombr Microshading Technique, the consent forms & my policy thats states theres no refunds & procedures forms that **************** signed and further information regarding the process thats from my website. 

      I am a master brow artist & trainer whos been a nurse for 23 years. When it comes to Brows I am a expert. Its very unfortunate that *************** did not trust the process and allow the required time of 6-8 weeks to return and get her brows darker. I understand she was emotional and wanted her brows darker but thats just not how this works. This is for the  integrity & safety of her skin. 

      I went above and beyond explaining the process to her verbally, in person, on the phone and in writing. I have provide excellent customer service and she has flawless permanent eyebrows to show. I have attempted to upload videos of her brows but this system will not take the videos.

      The reason why Im complaining about my brows is because according to her website which is not clear how she does her brows the fee that she charges to do your brows and the way your brows should look after shes done. When I first initially call her about getting my brows done I booked a appointment with her I went in at 4:30 on 8/18/2022 in the afternoon.  whole time that she was doing my brows she was on the phone doing business about her car trying to get a rental car because something happened with her car. Then after that while she was still doing my brows she had a package that was delivered to her door shes talking to the delivery driver from her ring camera on her phone telling him to put the package down they going back-and-forth hes tell her he cant leave it with a Signature and shes telling him to leave it nobodys home, this was happening the whole time shes doing my brows. Then after that her boyfriend or fianc or whoever he was calling her shes doing my brows while chatting on the phone with him and hes asking her about what she ate for lunch,  asked her what time shes going to be home so I just feel like my brows were a rush job so that way she can finish and get home. my brows were not and still are not dark like her pictures on the website.  she never asked me what color I wanted my brows or how dark I want my brows and then when she was done she admitted that oh yeah it was her fault for not asking me what color I want my eyebrows. I told her that I was  not satisfied with my brows. She then told me she would fix whatevers wrong when I come back. Her website is very misleading because when you read her website how she does the procedure it says that you have to come back within 6 to 8 weeks for a touchup so Im thinking thats referring is people that have gotten their brows done over a year or so and you come back to her for re-touchup not knowing that my brows will be light and then I have to come back for her to darken them because the website does not say that it does not state that anywhere on her website. I even called her the very next day and I explain to her that I was not satisfied with how my brows came out in the way did they look and I asked her is there anyway possible if I can come back in for her to go over them again to make them darker and she told me no absolutely not. At this point she was very rude very inconsiderate of how she did my brows and the reason why I decided not to go back to her house because I feel like my brows were a rush job just so she can get money and then go home I was the last client that she had for that day. She did not do my brows like her website and the Photos of other peoples brows that she has done. I even explain to her that my brows does not look like the browse on her website or even her browse in only thing she said to me your brows are fine and you will be fine and that was it. I am also filing a case in court to get my money back from her because this was very important to me this was my 56 birthday gift to myself and Im going on a cruise to ***** and I do not want to go on a cruise to ***** and **** with my brows looking a hot mess and I explained that to her but of course she did not care because she rushed and did my brows. I have uploaded photos for two weeks of how my brows turned out and at that point she replied on ****** when I posted my results that Im glad you posting the healing process Being sarcastic she even text me and told me that my brows are fine and Im telling her and explaining to her that even with my brows peeling which is she consider the healing process, underneath I dont have any brows and now I have still draw my brows on which is the reason why I came to her in the first place So I would not have to get up every morning drawing my brows.

      I have attached proof of the non refundable ************ I provided to this client including before and after pictures and a copy of whats expected directly from my website. 

       

      Its clear she doesnt fully understand nor is willing to trust the process. Everything that was mentioned about me while doing your brows the brows is completely irrelevant to the completion of the service. I am providing facts, policies, procedures and proof that the brows were done correctly and not rushed. 

       

      Im sorry shes  not willing to wait the required amount of time to come back and get the brows darker. Again she signed a waiver and a consent form stating there are no refunds.
