            Date: 9/15/21 Amount: $150 plus $20 tip Service requested: Grooming of a golden retriever, bath, brush and removal of matted/knotted areas around the dog's chest and stomach. Service received: Dog was shaved completely from his head to his tail The groomer is mobile, the truck was located outside of my home. The groomer should have asked permission to shave the dog completely. I would have refused this recommendation and consulted another groomer for a second opinion. When I spoke with Erin ****** (WW Employee/Owner) to ask for a refund, she treated me beyond poorly - raised her voice, called me a "cruel inhumane pet owner", and welcomed me to write negative reviews saying "I'd LOVE to see how influential you are". It is extremely common for this breed to have mats and knots, and Leo only had them on his chest and belly, not his entire body. This company is negligent - in speaking with Leo's vet and other groomers, you never shave a double coated, long hair breed.
