I am trying to pay my mortgage. I am not allowed access to my online account. I spoke with ****** and someone with the initials MDG from the loss mitigation department on 11/3/23 and 11/10/23. Both of these advisers told me to bring the mortgage payment in cash to a ************** I visited the western union today on ************** in ******** today and they did not have BankSouth mortgage registered. I called BankSouth mortgage while I was in the line and spoke with **** from loss mitigation. She then told me I could pay over the phone which the other representative told me could not. The. I left the ************* line, and minutes later she retracted her words and said I could not pay over the phone. Counteractive to what ****** and MGD stated based, she is now saying, I can only use a ************* at ******** Which was not told to me previously. I was told to go to any *************, which I did. I have spent the past two hours, trying to pay my mortgage causing me to miss work (which pays my mortgage). I am receiving different information from each person in the loss mitigation department. I have the money and I want to pay my mortgage. I asked them to waive the late fees because they have not given me correct information. **** would not agree to that nor did she have a solution to me giving her the $3000, I have in cash right now. **** kept suggesting I could do a transfer from my bank. However, that would be from my checking account and the previous representative MGD said that would not work. I genuinely want to pay my mortgage and this is causing me so much stress and time.
