Illegal non consensual towing from private property

The ***************** gave the property owner a citation for non-operating vehicles to be moved or towed away.  We gave the owner of the vehicle a ************************************************************************ it will be towed away at the owner's expense.

The owner of the vehicle did not move the car and the city instructed us to do so after the expiration of the posted warning.  As a result and per the posted instruction on the vehicle, the car was towed away at the owner's expense.  We have made it clear that we can only allow operating vehicles on the premises as it is per the city code to move vehicles that are not operational.

I hope, this clarifies the complaints.

Respected Sir * Mam, We ( Me, My wife, My daughter ) stay at Lodge Atlanta Room no 170 from last 7 months. Its been very tough time with us but some how we manage to give our daily rent. We have been honest with the management about paying our daily rent by or before 9pm everyday. Once or twice we were late paying our room rent which we faced the conveniences without making any complaints. We were kicked out of our room with all our belongings inside the room. When we manage to pay after couple of hours they let us in. Today 06*29*2022 at *****pm we were inside the room changing and getting ready to go to the bed without informing and knocking our room door the security person using his personal key card open our room door and couple of people passing by and telling us to pay the room rent. We were changing but he was lease bothered to even close the door. We had already paid our room rent and without checking and getting proper information from the authority he disturbed our privacy. What action I should take so that this kind of treatment they should no do with any other customers. He has been very disrespectful with us during all this time.We all know that its a tough time for all. Income has been challenging to take care of our expenses. We struggle hard and some how sacrifice our daily needs but pay our room rent daily. If late then 9pm then they lock our room and our belongings and we are not allowed until we pay. What if my Wife and daughter alone in the room having shower or not in a good shape ? How can a lodge management enter our personal privacy forcefully. How can we get justice.

We are a hotel. People who come to our hotel and handled with respect.  When customers  rent a room for a day or so, they make their payment before11:00am in the morning to renew. If they dont pay then, the key looks itself automatically.  When customers come to the front for a new key they need to settle their payment to get into the room to get their belonging or extend their stay.
this client has been paying late so many times and is in violation of the hotel rule. In particular, when they close the door and disappear the whole day and come back late at night and finding a way to open the door and sleep is unacceptable.
We also have a **** to pay and employees that need regular salary. Few late payments can be tolerated, however, when you do this an every day matter, then we are forced to take action as per signed agreed contract.

furthermore, our securities are well trained and mannered. They just dont open the room without dirts nocking any hotel room door. If customers dont open, they have the right to open. This is also part of the signed document that every customer signs when they rent a room.
we are a hotel not an apartment. You pay you stay, you dont pay you are forced to leave.
