Our move occurred at the end of Feb-22. We hired them to do a full pack and move for a military PCS. Not only did they bring too small of a truck, putting our unprotected furniture hanging off the back, they left our home before loading was finished and without telling me. They failed to provide the required inventory sheet during a military move, then lied to the military transport office, claiming they had my signature. Before unloading, I politely refused to sign a false statement saying theyd done the inventory or provide a backdated signature. When it became clear he wouldnt be able to coerce me, the owners son verbally assaulted me and my 2-y/o child. He was screaming and cursing so loudly and aggressively that the police had to be called by my husband at the military base, as he and other officers could hear what was happening over the phone. My baby was scared and crying. Before law enforcement arrived, the owners son then berated me for watching my toddler during the move, saying I was sitting around on my fat lazy a** all day instead of doing his job of packing and heavy lifting, despite the fact he was aware I had to care for a small child and was also physically disabled. He left without unloading our things. When a different crew returned several days later, his father was among them and apologized for his sons behavior. After taking delivery, we discovered theyd broken my sons crib. Theyd glued the piece back on without notifying us, turning the crib around so the damage was difficult to see. The broken piece is relatively small and a huge choking hazard. To make it worse, when Id gone to carefully wrap the disassembled nursery furniture on moving day, the owners son body blocked me and informed me that I would not be doing that. When trying to discuss problematic aspects of the service with the owner, ******* became belligerent, refused to discuss the issues, and told me today to never call again. Many of our things have extensive damage.
