Movers broke several expensive items. They never mentioned accepting or declining additional insurance. Then they said they'd pay me $106.00 in damages back to my card and never have. That was on 4/11/23. They have not reimbursed me as promised and refuse to return my calls or emails. Worst mover experience of my life.Initial Complaint

I hired 404 Movers in May of 2022. While unloading the truck at my new home, the 404 team dropped my dryer off the truck onto the concrete and it rolled down the driveway (accidents happen). Following this, I was assured that filing a claim I would allow me to be reimbursed for the dryer. Since then, I have been in constant contact with 404 Movers (weekly emails and calls) and have not gotten my refund 1 year later. In December, the 404 team (*******************) further committed to resolve the issue and determined the reimbursement amount to be $898. At this point, I was once again assured it would be handled quickly. I last heard from 404/******************* on March 22, 2023, where I was told the claim was closed and refund processed. This was not true. I have called and emailed countless times since then with no response.
