I booked them to move me april 3rd and they broke my 85inch tv during the process. I was told they have ******************************************************************************************************** the run around. Today is July 3rd and i still havent been compensated Ive been in communication with them multiple times over the last 3 months about compensation and they always say they will email me The next steps to finish my claim but they never do. After I he holiday Im going to just going to go to small claims court only because they feel like they are getting over on people so Im going to go above and beyond to get my compensation and inconvenience them.. DO NOT book them For your move. Yes they may seem cheap and affordable but you would come out better paying for a more suitable moving company that will do right by you and your belongings rather than trying to take the cheap way out.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! They engage in unethical and fraudulent business practices. I canceled a with them more than 24 hours before the scheduled move. I paid a $100 deposit using Zelle. When I asked about getting a refund for the deposit, I was told it would take 2-3 business days to process. Not sure why, as the deposit was paid using Zelle and the company did not ask for any credit or debit card information to issue my refund. They could have simply returned the money to me via Zelle using my phone number. Needless to say, 2-3 business days turned into 4 weeks of back and forth phone calls and text messages inquiring about my refund. It is now 5 weeks later and I still have not received my deposit back. It's safe to say at this point, I don't think the company had any intention of ever refunding my money. Unfortunately there is no consumer protection when you utilize Zelle for payment, it's the equivalent of handing cash to a business. I would definitely not recommend!

They are trash. The movers- as a person were ok, but they do not handle your precious items with care at all- even if it says FRAGILE on the box. They broke quite a few things in transit. They scratched wall, after wall, after wall with chipped up baseboard. Please do not use them. Too much to even type about my janky experience.

If you want an inebriated junky moving your stuff, 404 movers is for you! They create their crews from temp agencies and their customer service blows!!! You have to call multiple times to get through to anyone and then they tell you lies!!! The initial booking was smooth but a disaster after that!!! ***** will tell you hes checking on things for you, put you on hold, and then never pick back up the phone again! The supposed general manager, ****, is always dealing with a family matter, out of office, or flying back into town. Only spoke to him once on the morning of our move! He called to tell me that our initial crew was in an accident and he was redirecting another crew to our home. We tried to get the junkies to leave and they wouldnt! They just kept picking things up and taking them to the moving container after being told not to! They created a hostile environment, argued with us, and would not let us direct the move. They scratched floors, scratched and dented my refrigerator, busted my ceiling fan, chipped up base boards and sheet rock, and tangled my large jewelry box after we asked them to not touch it! This was a living nightmare! Because the moving container was so randomly packed, all of our items did not fit and the ones that did are going to shift and break when the flatbed truck comes to pick up the container for storage. No telling what kind of damage is ahead of us!!!! We had to arrange to ************* the rest of our items ourselves in cars and a family trailer because there were no Uhauls or trucks available! They didnt just leave us up the creek without a paddle, they threw us out of the boat! The managers are always busy with something else and cant help you. I even drove up to their supposed office location and it looked like an abandoned church in a strip of businesses in the ghetto of Atlanta!!! The door was locked, no cars or people in sight!!!

Do not use this stupid company they will steal everything you have BEWARE
