On April 29, 2023. I hired Next Door Relocators. During the moving process a large flood standing mirror was damage. *********************** assured me that they would replace the mirror or get the mirror fixed. I contacted ******* again in May 19 concerning the replacement of my mirror. I was told the mirror was in the process of being fixed. ******* told me that they work with a glass replacement company when something like this happen. He said he would call me when It was ready.I called again on June 2 several time. ******* had intentionally. Ignore my phone calls. I left a voicemail and didnt receive a call back. I decided to call from another number and he promptly answered the phone. I told him I was following up on my mirror. He stated that the mirror wasnt ready yet. I called again on June 16th (from another number because he wont answer calls from my number. He this time stated the mirror was ready and he would bring it to me on June 24th. ******* didnt bring the mirror, I called him again to find out what happened. He stated he was too business to bing me my mirror. The stated he would bring it on July 1st. Today is July first and he hasnt called nor is he concern about my mirror. I paid $1100 for less than a 5 mile move. I was quoted $850. I dont recommend this company. ******* has lied to me multiple time and he avoids my phone calls.Initial Complaint

I was receiving multiple quotes through next door relocation and they had a company provide a quote of $300 deposit and $****** at delivery. Company is now stating that their policy stated on quote which is not clear and in contract which was sent to a phone number that I had to make a 70% payment on pick up. Company refuses to put employee that have wrong information company refuses to return deposit when they cancelled services on their end and refuses to provide owners information. The company received the good faith deposit on the 12 and had to send the contract multiple times since it would not open to sign after the fact that they received the money. So they deceive people over the phone. Call prospect clients multiple times prior to to keep money. I demand my refund as they did not provide services and they lied flat out. When I paid deposit I stated it is ****** on delivery and when truck should up the girl on the phone stated that that was never approved so they knowingly that they did not approved took my deposit not caring that the money paid was all I had left and scammed me out of my hard earned money.
