            United Movers picked up our household goods, stored, them, and then delivered them to our new house. Many items were damaged and many expensive items were not delivered. An insurance claim was filed, but the company has not paid that claim.

            I first want to say I have NEVER written a review like this for any company. However, I can't let this go. I wouldn't recommend this GOD AWFUL company (if you want to call them such) to my worst enemy. I scheduled my move for the 1st of February being as I was going to travel across the country and they assured me it would be picked up on such day. The pickup date comes and nobody arrived. I finally had to call for someone to say "oh yeah, they aren't coming today they'll be there tomorrow" which by the way they didn't show up till 2 days AFTER I originally booked the move. Had to drastically inconvenience my family to have someone there for the movers pickup from my home I wasn't technically allowed in. I was quoted $2,850 for the move from Central ** to Central KS. The drivers say I owe a balance of almost $2300 to deliver after I have ALREADY paid $2350! I go back and forth with "customer service" who says "there is a $2500 minimum" which WAS NEVER stated when booking the move. How miraculous it's $2500 minimum after I have paid nearly $2400 already. This company NEVER communicates ANYTHING, any updates I got I had to call them. They have had my stuff for 2 weeks and as I write this I STILL HAVE NOT received my belongings!!!! The drivers kept saying they were coming on a particular day and then some excuse happens as to why they weren't coming. They stayed in Georgia for well over 10 days before even beginning to drive to ******. I have contacted numerous people about my issues and each person tells you something different. I honest to god believe I am NOT getting my stuff anymore I have lost hope there even are drivers arriving. This company has rude people, they are CROOKS, and I hope anyone who reads this takes my warning seriously. If you want a quality move without issues hire ANYONE ELSE, and I do literally mean anyone else. As a veteran I have moved across the world several times with less issues than this. If I could give a negative review I would.

            I want to additionally add that I have contacted the drivers numerous times and nobody responds. This company should rename themselves United Worst Moving
