1 starCanceled appointment with no time to react. My mother is fighting cancer and looked forward to this to help raise her spirits. Very very disappointed..no second chance for this company and my refund better be issued TODAY JULY 6TH or they battle with credit card company. Yes I'm angry and supercharged.Review fromAntony A

1 starScheduled a barbaring appointment with a barbar 9 days in advance. I specifically requested a barbar who is licensed to use a straight razor. I get a call the day before asking if it's OK if they send a stylist but they cannot use a straight razor and just a machine. I have my own machine. If I wanted my head shaved with a machine I'd do it myself. So like an hour later, she calls and says she has a barbar who will come. Following day I get a call from a stylist saying the barbar is sick and is it ok if she comes and just uses the machine to shave my head. Once again I tell her no and call the company. The person I talk to guarantees I will have someone within the next 2 days. 2 days pass. No barbar and no calls. I try to contact them for the next 4 days. No return calls and no refund of my fees. So today I ended up having to dispute charges with my credit card company. This company ***** and has poor communication when there's a problem. Stay away from them.Review fromGLEN J

Worst money ?? I've ever been cheated out of...senior prices are ridiculous..nail polish chips and chipped off in 1.5 days..run from this Herespa they are a rip off

1. Five-Day Quality Guarantee
HereSpa offers a **five-day guarantee** on all nail services, as described at the time of your booking. If polish chips or lifts within that window, we will gladly redo the affected nails or provide an appropriate refund. Our records show no email, call, or text from you since April 28. Had we been notified, we would have resolved the issue immediately at no additional cost.
2. Pricing Transparency
All prices are displayed transparently and clearly before checkout, and payment is only completed after clients accept those prices. If the quoted cost felt unreasonable, we encourage clients to reach out prior to booking so we can clarify options.
3. Three Week Gap
Your complaint on BBB was submitted on May 19, over 3 weeks after the service. While our guarantee period has passed, we still want to understand what happened and explore how we can make things right.Please contact us at ******************************* or ************** with any details you can provide (appointment name, photos, or specifics about the chipping). Although our formal guarantee has expired, we would like to explore a goodwill solution and ensure your concerns are heard.
