      The nail technician spilt some kind of water and chemical on my fabric ottoman. Left without saying anything. The ottoman is damaged. They tried to say that the general acknowledgement says theyre not responsible for damage. Surely they have liability insurance for such instances. I would not use again nor recommend.

      Would not recommend this company. The website states 100 minutes of service for a mani/pedi. The tech that showed up to do my housebound elder father's mani/pedi she was only there a total of 35 minutes. I rated the service as a two out of 5, when the customer service rep called me to follow-up on my low rating, she offered nothing to make it right or do right by the customer and just tried to get me to raise my rating. The rep said the time on the website is just a guide, but the services can be shorter if the service was complete. I let the customer service rep know they need to set expectations with their customers and should change the wording on the site to reflect that service times vary. Their services are not cheap, and to not get what you were expecting is very disappointing. The customer service rep was pretty useless, and like I said did NOTHING to try and make me happy or seemed to only care about anything other than trying to get me to up my rating.

      Absolute SCAM! I'm a 74 year old male, have had hundreds of pedicures in my life, but now I can't really get out too much. So I booked an appointment with these alleged providers to come to my house. After piddling around for 40 minutes, she announced that my feet have FUNGUS! and she cannot do the requested service and that I need a podiatrist to verify I have no fungus. Well, really. If I need a podiatrist to verify I have no fungus how is it she is qualified to say I have fungus? Needless to say I ran her out of my house. Took pictures of my feet and called a different at home company who came over right away. You guessed it, this lady did the requested service without hesitation or drama, and at less than half-the-price. I took 'after' pictures as well. So the scam is, they will not refund the prepaid fees, even though they have a so-called 48 hour satisfaction guarantee. I'm proceeding with a chargeback through the credit card, we'll see how that goes. I will also report this scam organization to every licensing board I can find. It's obvious to me that they probably tell the majority of their clients they 'can't do the service' to keep your money.

      I called three different times to get information for my first appointment with them. The representative site spoke with the three times could barely understand English or speak it. When I called this last time to change my appointment and take advantage of their advertised senior haircut appointments the rate they quoted me was about the same amount as I would have paid for a regular appointment. They also charge you according to where you live which I think is very unfair because the website states that they have operators all throughout the ************* area and so they do not need to do any extra traveling if theyre in my area. I think they use the bait and switch approach to make people think they are getting a great deal when theyre actually not. operators I spoke with, quoted me one thing, but their website stated another. They are very deceitful operators who are big fat liars, and taking advantage of people who maybe cannot travel to their hairdressers anymore, because of their age.

      they take your money but they don't show up. they cancel the first time and the next a appointment they never show up.they said i would get a refund but after 2 weeks still waiting . don't use them.

      If I could give a 0 I would. first and foremost we made appts for 4 people $450.00, I thought this would be an awesome NEW BEGINNING FOR CHRISTMAS, Well It turned into a FIASCO..... After making and pre-paying for everything, they called and immediately wanted to change my appointments I told her no those times were available when I booked. Well needless to say they changed it 5 times in 2 weeks and called me from numerous numbers and numerous techs called me. They are not organized at all and THEY NEED TO SCREEN THEIR TECHS. Tech showed up with no Acrylic, how do you put tips on with no acrylic then I find out to add acrylic its going to be $50 more per person ( Im not paying that) The tech did our nails and was NOT good at all. All of my fingers are cut from the filing and nails are burned, the other girls have the same problem. This tech said she had BEEN DOING NAILS FOR OVER 15 YEARS WELL YOU NEED MORE PRACTICE !!!!!!! WE DEMAND A REFUND FOR THIS CRAZY ADVENTURE !!!!!!! STAY AWAY GO TO A *********** LIVID ABOUT THIS SITUATION. I also showed her a picture of what I wanted and got something totally different and my hands and my girls in the office hands are ALL MESSED UP !!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been on the phone with them non-stop ALL DAY about this and they are looking for every reason NOT TO REFUND ME ........ They say all this is prior too *** its not

      I had my toenail removed and i hired them for privacy in my home. i wanted gel on my toe but the girl said, no! not a good idea your toe needs to heal. It turns out she was correct and im better off without gel on my toes. I am grateful

      I had a group of ladies in from out of town to celebrate a 50th birthday. There were 5 of us getting gel manicures to start off the weekend. We chose the Gel Manicures because they last longer. The manicurist was over an hour and a half late to the appointment. I let that roll off. However, at dinner the same night one of my guests told me that her polish had come clean off one of her nails. Then another guest said that hers had come off as well. The next day, I took photos of all 4 of my guests hands because they all had missing & chipped polish. Timeline: had our nails done Saturday afternoon, Took Pictures on Sunday of chipped/missing polish, Sent pictures to the company on Monday after my guests had left with an explanation of what happened. Received a call on Tuesday morning. They said they would look into it. Then received a text message that stated I was out of the 48 hour window, so they would not refund any of my money. Buyer beware! It does not seem that they have a valid vetting process. I was completely ripped off.

      ** came to my moms skilled nursing center and gave her a mani/pedi senior and a pretty polish. Mom loved the extra 15 min massage. She was on time and professional and mom feels great!
