      No one will answer the phone and they will not return emails. I need to know if they have shipped my console for my 1975 corvette. If they don't have it I need my refund so I can purchase it elsewhere. Can't say much for there character!!!!

      Bought a dash cap for my 81 corvette in February. It's defective. Sent it back at MY expense. I've heard nothing and no one is returning my emails.

      I purchased a set of mufflers for a Corvette. They charged my card but never shipped the product. No response with phone calls. This looks like a common issue with them.

      This was just ordered 6 days ago. I am not sure why you are filing a BBB dispute after 6 days? These do not ship immediately after the order is placed. This did ship out. UPS 1Z4213460324374075

      I am rejecting this response because:

      After purchasing the product I didn't receive an email about shipping.  I sent multiple emails requesting information about shipping and never got a response.  I also tried calling you multiple times with no answer, both to customer service and sales.  Nobody picks up when I call the number on your website.  I have a customer car waiting for the mufflers so I needed to know when they were going to ship but couldn't even get in touch with anyone after multiple attempts via email and phone calls.

      I ordered a coilover gor my c5 corvette back in june 27, 2023 and it is now September 26,2023. I emailed several times but never got a respond back. Ive called several times but no one answered. I spent $2226.15 on those coilover. I hope someone can help me out on getting refund. Southern car parts seems to be a fraud.

      I ordered product from Southern Car Parts on 08-30-2023 and the cost was $148.90. My credit card was charged and then the very next day I received an e-mail from this company informing me that I needed to send another $60.00 to receive my order. I ordered the product online and what I paid is what was quoted at the time. That is false advertising. How can you advertise a price and then change it after being ordered? They will not answer e- mails or phone calls and I have not been credited for the sale. Illegal actions. My order number is ****** and I feel they should honor the order since this is what they quoted on the Internet but no reply to anything.

      I ordered 1 door panel and 2 pillar posts for a corvette on 6/1/23. They did ship the door panel and I did receive it. On their site it said that any painted part (pillar posts) would ship in 4-5 weeks. They did not ship them. I have contacted them multiple times by email and only received 3 emails all promising they would ship soon. I have all the email exchanges and my order confirmation. When you try to call this business at anytime you get a message then a busy signal. I have asked that my money be refunded to my credit card for the pillar posts in the amount of ******. I have not received any response since I asked for my money back. The money has not been refunded to my credit card.

      Ordered some car parts and after i pay the order and tge shippimg they send an email and requested and additional 80 dollars for shipment. I paid that too and after that i havent heard from them again.

      I ordered an expensive part from Southern Car Parts and everything seemed legitimate on their website. I paid for the item and shipping. Ten days later, no tracking number, but they wasted no time taking money from my account. I called twice during normal business hours and all I received was a voicemail to leave a name and number. Did this twice with no response. I have dealt with Summit, Ecklers, ******************, American Muscle, Year One and other companies since I do a lot of car customization and restoration as a hobby. I've never had a problem with those companies. If there was an issue, it was resolved by talking with a person and handled quickly and professionally. Southern Car Parts is not a reputable business after reading some of their reviews. Had this first order went well, I am pretty sure there would have been many more purchases. I definitely do not recommend this company. Do yourself a favor, avoid them at all costs. Ain't worth the hassle.
