They took over $1000 +. Never shipped parts out. I emailed them over a month ago and they said its in the mail. No tracking number issued no items showed up. Its been 7 months. And now they wont even answer the phone or return email. Claim with PatPay filed. This company is a scam!Review from Chris S

Scam! I ordered custom floor mats from SCP and after a week was told the product was being shipped. After another week, I received an email saying there was something wrong with the order. I called their customer service and was treated rudely when I asked what was wrong with the order. The woman on the phone was abrupt, so I told them to cancel the order. A month later my refund has not been issued and they have not responded to the dispute.Steer clear of this website!Review from roger m

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SCP!!!These people are criminals. They lie about their products. Their customer service is hostile. I bought muffler tips for my C-5 Corvette. They said they were "slip on".No they weren't. The said there was a U-clip to attach them. There wasn't. The local muffler shop said it would be about $100 to install these.I paid $90 and they kept $30 of it for the return. The refused to give me a mailing label, so I paid $10 to return them. I'm out $40 because they lied.I have used slide on muffler tips before and it is a do-it-yourself 10 minute project.I hope they go bankrupt. Look at all the bad reviews on the consumer websites.Review from Craig N

They sent me the wrong part after making me wait weeks. I cannot get anyone on the phone. They emailed me days later stating that they cannot just create a return label and that it takes time. Total lie and have blown me off two more days. Stay away from this business. Total scammers and liars.Review from Carrie O

DO NOT ORDER from this Company!First they don't send the Part.Then they Don't Communicate.Then after many attempts to contact them, they need to change the color of the part.Then they don't send it.The they Don't Communicate (again)Then they claim to have lost the Order Number.Then they Don't Communicate.As of this moment, No Parts, No Communication.We've asked for a Refund or the Part...NOTHING.Wish we would have read the reviews prior to ordering from them...NEVER AGAIN *** & ******Review from ron a

1 star is too much for this company , i order a part for my 350z almost a month ago , *** sent emails with no replys , ive called their phone only to get a automated system that sends you to a busy signal , do your self a favor and stay away from this company.Review from Darrell R

Took over twice as long as advertised to receive my order. Communication was good at first, then became non existent. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because when the part finally showed up, the quality of the paint work was very very good. My advice, don't order from them unless you are prepared to wait a while...
