      On May 11, 2024 I took my 2015 *** Z4 sDrive 35i in for a scheduled oil change. Service Advisor ******************************* quoted me a price of ****** dollars.After paying for the so called oil change I immediately noticed my service light came on displaying a symbol of oil. The wording on my dashboard read that I needed an oil change and continued use of driving would damage my engine.I called Global Imports and spoke to a gentleman who tired to steer me into believing that my car had been serviced and once I drove it around the light indicating an oil change would not appear.I stated to the gentleman that there were no other problems with my car and that I was not going to buy into him making me believe that an oil change was conducted.I hung up and called the service Advisor ********************************* who wanted to know how far away I was from the dealership. I explained to him that I was on 285 near ****************** . He advised me to stop by Auto Zone and add a quart of oil. . I am speechless that this dealership had lied about conducting an oil change for my car. Honestly, I am afraid to take my car back to Global located at ************************************. This is Shady and no integrity and low life.

      I purchased a new **** *** X5 on 6/3/****. After driving the new vehicle for a mere ***** miles it became apparent it was out of alignment. I took the vehicle to Global Imports BMW for repairs. The dealership charged me $370.74 to perform a front-end alignment. I protested however they insisted the problem was not covered under warranty. Fair enough. I received the vehicle back and after driving it a short distance realized the issue had not been resolved. I scheduled a service appointment to have the issue looked into once again. This time it was determined the issue was not a simple alignment however the steering wheel was off center which resulted in the vehicle needing to be steered to the left to drive straight. The service advisor explained this is why the issue was not corrected with a simple front-end alignment. I talked to the service advisor and explained my position that the issue should be covered under warranty since it was beyond the scope of a front-end alignment. The service advisor indicated he would speak with the service manager and return my call. Long story short, I never received a return call. I followed up with the service advisor once again and he indicated I needed to speak to the service manager. After multiple attempts to contact the service manager I still have not had my call returned. This is the reason for my review. I would like to caution other customers to be careful when having service performed on your car at this dealership. They are dishonest and do not treat customers with respect.

      The sevice department is unacceptable.I had a valid warranty and they refused to honor it. **************** cheat on this be careful and watchful.I had to physically go there repeatly because they never returned my calls.They refused to complete service on my *** and did not honor the warranty, now my *** has been destroyed because of their refusal to do the right thing.They wouldn't return any calls and refused my calls when I was bringing their misstake to their attention. They are not accountable. I dont want to say but clearly, I dont have white privilage.Also representative answering phone lines know I consistently called and given the run around.Please dont go here. They deserve a class act lawsuit. They earned it.

      They are ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I put my car in the shop to get it running. I specifically told them to just get my car running. First they had my car for 6 months. Waiting for a part. Then they said it wasn't that part I needed. They started telling me that it was this, then it was that. Next thing you know. They call me talking about. I had to pay my bill before anymore work was to be done. I paid them over 6g. They called me and said that they were going to give me back 700. Which I never received. Then here's the best part. I still had to get my car towed out of the dealership. Plus it was smoking when I got it to the next shop. Bottom line is. They are fixing other things than what you brought it in for.
