They are liars and manipulators. I was given a quote for a new oem differential and a remanufactured differential by **** Keith ********* They ended up going behind my back and got approval from my warranty company to use a used differential which I did not agree to and it ended up being a defective part. After reaching out to both *** ****** and ***** ********* they both agreed wrong verbiage was used by the service advisor but then denied rectifying the issue. Both managers stated the only way to get what I was originally sold is to pay the difference between a used (which was wrongfully put in vehicle) and remanufactured diff. Logically if a remanufactured differential was sold to me why is there a price difference now? **** (service advisor) and I spoke and I made it clear in the beginning I didnt want a used part in the car and he assured me he will give quote for new and remanufactured diff. **** told me my warranty company didnt accept the quote for a new oem differential but h*** see about working with them price wise on the remanufactured part. I was also told by my warranty company that Audi Atlanta was to reach out to see if I was okay with paying a $2,000 difference from what they priced the diff for. They never got that call because no one from the stealership reached out to me and clarified the push back/difference was for a reman differential,**** said the difference was for a new diff. The dealership also denied a reman part my warranty company was okay with sending to them. It was denied being that it was an outside part yet the diff they provided from *** is also an outside part. At this point its clear they just meet quotas here; do not trust these people they are all snakes and It goes to show **** reached out to the warranty company and told them I agreed to the used part which from the screenshots you can see is a lie. The fact nobody wants to admit wrong and fix it the way it should have been fixed from the beginning is ridiculous.

I was looking to purchase the 2014 Dodge *************** from Audi Atlanta located at **************************************************************, I test drove the car on a Tuesday and was scheduled to go back on Thursday to buy the car. I had an appointment and even spoke to the car salesman that I was working with on Wednesday to confirm my Thursday appointment. I was completely shocked to hear that they had sold the car to someone else. I was not told that I needed to put down a deposit or sign a contract to secure the purchase of this car. I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated when I found out. They never even offered to try and fix this. I will never purchase a car from them and highly recommend that no one else does either. It is an extremely horrible way to treat someone.I have done business with several car ***************** salesman in my time, but this was by far the worst experience ever.

My name is *******************************. I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with *** Ellis Buick GMC Atlanta in May of 2023. Less than a month after my purchase, the vehicle completely broke down. The vehicle was towed to the *** Ellis store at ********************************************************************************************. The General Manager decided it would be best to have Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep ******** of Atlanta to repair it. In the meantime they gave me a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was in the shop. The final repair was completed August 11, 2023. Now the same issue is going on again within a year later. I have spoken to **** (Used Car Manager), ******* (General Sales Manager) and ***** (General Manager). I have asked all of them to extend the same courtesy as they did last year to provide me a loaner vehicle and they have refused to do so. *** Ellis sold me a lemon. This car had electrical issue from the beginning. They should have never offered this car for sale on retail. Instead it should have been sold at auction.I would like to be given a loaner vehicle until my car is repaired. Then I would like to be exchanged into another vehicle and have all of my monies from my current vehicle applied and credited to the vehicle I am exchanged into.

One month after purchasing a used Taycan Cross Turismo from Porsche Atlanta Perimeter, the roof cracked - not a chip in sight but an instant combination break. I sent a picture to my Sales Rep and the runaround started... first, I was told, "it doesn't look like a factory defect because the crack started in the middle - if it were a tensile stress the crack would have started from the edge, - so you'll have to call your insurance provider". What kind of science is that??? From my understanding (as an engineer), brittle materials (aka - GLASS) have the propensity to fail (crack or even implode) FROM ANY POINT! Nevermind the fact that: 1 - other Porsche vehicles have had similar issues with the glass roof and by the time Porsche issues a recall, the owners generally have already sold/traded the vehicle at a loss, 2 - the vehicle I purchased is under the original factory warranty, 3 - the third party warranty advertised at "checkout" did not include sunroof repairs. In addition my Sales Rep made clear that I would "want to get the repair service done ASAP because it would be unsafe to drive the vehicle in this condition." Unfortunately for them, I can see through the high pressure tactics to get me to sign off on taking responsibility for this repair. This appears to be a known issue from Porsche and instead of standing by their customers, they attempt to **** off faulty products at inflated prices; $14k over KBB! But I digress. Instead, I went to visit the service center (unprompted)... the Service Rep (agreed) there is no visible damage to the roof, but would ultimately have to inform Sales so they could determine who pays for the repair. A week/two pass and I never hear back. ***** eventually calls just to follow up, not knowing I've already stopped in; due to internal mishandling. In the meantime I received an $8k repair estimate from a nearby collision center and a $10k+ from PAP. After a few more conversations to repair experts, the vehicle is utterly useless.

I'm here to share how unethical this dealership is doing their business. I placed my CUSTOM ORDER of "992 Cabriolet" in May. After the vehicle arrived, in mid-November, I found out that " ***********************", the new car manager, had altered the build sheet without my consent. No apologies were made for modifying my "CUSTOM ORDER,' a sales rep stated that ***** decided to change my order thinking it would not resell later when traded in. Foremost, who is he to decide the specs of my vehicle, which is $145, 000?It got worse after the order arrived. The worksheet included THREE hard adds: "PPF" for $2999, "Ceramic coating" for $2999" and" CPO (Certified Pre-Own)" costing $5,100 for a brand-new car. All of the above come with no option to cancel in the future, and you cannot opt-out. Without including these adds, the dealership threatened that I would not be allowed to purchase the vehicle. When I asked, a sales rep responded that it was a future prospective cost in case I traded in the vehicle. So, for a brand-new vehicle, the dealership charges a fee to a customer which has yet to incur?By law, you CANNOT force a consumer to purchase any adds. However, Porsche Atlanta Perimeter, the sales rep explained, picks random "unlucky" customers to enforce the purchase. Today, the rep contacted me again, asking if I would buy a "Porsche Targa" that another customer had canceled instead. From what I see, the same "unlucky hard adds" were forcefully included in the purchase, which made the customer back out. In sales, it can be awry trying to make a profit. However, this dealership has failed to present integrity in the business.

I purchased a new 2023 ******** 300 from *** Ellis ******** South 16 days ago. I have been in a rental for 19 days. I was given bad information on navigation in the car and no one could properly explain to me why the car had no navigation and the 48k battery was showing alert. I cannot get information from the ** or the Service Manager. They told me I could not return the car. They told me that the issues were fixed on 2/16 and to come pick up the car on 2/17. I called them 6 times, the cell of the repair manager and the dealer main line and no one answered. They took my money, the car was broken when I bought it, I have not even driven the car. I am assuming its a lemon

We are very sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with the car so soon after your purchase. We understand that really takes away from the excitement of having that new car. We prioritized working the car in for diagnosis and provided a ******** loaner and had MBUSA involved in a case to make sure we did the proper repair on the car. Unfortunately that does take a little time going back and forth with their technicians at MBUSA via online communication but the goal is to repair the car properly the first time and we wanted to make sure we got proper guidance from MBUSA on their recommended repair. The car has been repaired now and is back with the client. We also confirmed the navigation software will be available via download for a cost soon and the dealership has agreed to pay that one time download cost for this client as soon as its available. Thank you again for your business ****************** and we do apologize again for this issue coming up so soon after your purchase.

A total nightmare is my experience with this body shop. I am very disappointed with the customer service and in general how long it took this company to send a true estimate to my insurance company. I have been understanding and patient in this matter. My car has been with this company since August 25, 2022. My car insurance totaled out the car during the first week of November because of the request for a 5th supplement. The rude and condescending comments were never needed and never acceptable from the personnel, especially when your dealing with a customer that has been nothing but nice and understanding. None of my questions have been answered. So for anyone that is reading this review please RUN if your car has major damage. Don't have any faith in this company to be able to deliver because per Ms. Alisha J****** she is "not in the business of faith". Oh and let me add that if you are a customer that has been trying to close out dealings with this company, Ellis Automotive will put all new customers before you and drag their feet. Ms. J****** sent the email with the "final" numbers to my insurance company at 6:02 pm on 12-2-22 with additional charges for storage fees up to 12-6-22. Within the numbers, she didn't provide any invoices to support the parts restocking fees. My insurance company has been trying to pick up the car since 11-17-2022. Ellis Automotive is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. This is ridiculous because my insurance company has been trying to close out business all week with them. $3640 for storage fee? She refuses to release the vehicle, when in fact the Body shop owes my insurance company money. The matter isn't resolved, she states that it will take additional time to recover invoices and additional storage fees will be added. Advice to owner: GET A NEW OFFICE MANAGER THAT CAN COMPLETE THE JOB AND KNOWS HOW TO DO BASIC BOOK-KEEPING. ALSO, PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING TO YOUR EMPLOYEES.

I am a young black male with 2 small children. I took my vehicle to their shop to find out why it was shaking and to fix the issue so that I don't have an accident with my small children inside. They charged me over $10, 000 to correct the problem and it is still shaking. My vehicle has been in and out their shop since September 29, 2022 and they keep asking for more money but still have not fixed the issue. I feel that they are discriminating against me because I'm a young black male and they feel they can take advantage of me.Service Advisor ***************************** is doing nothing but taking my hard earned money...it's criminal Whatever you do, if you're young and black, DO not take your vehicle to this shop. A complaint with the BBB has been filed and I plan to take more action by getting in touch with Fox 5 Call for Action concerning this issue if its not taken care of quickly or a refund is made.

Worse customer service in the service ***** Several occasions where a *** **** that was purchase there has had to be brought in for transmission issues that are under warrantee. Lack of communication from the service **** on car status. First time they had the car for 3 weeks "waiting on new transmission" and we had to continually call for updates. Now they have had it for 3 days (still the transmission) and communication is still an issue. Only now we get voicemail and no returned calls. Have to call and request mgr and no voicemail. Additionally, being told no available customer cars to use while they have ours and they no longer cover rentals, because *** will not cover. Need to go through ******** for reimbursement. Did not realize a dealership was owned by the ********. If they do when why is it called *** Ellis *** of ********. Sad thing is I bought a second vehicle here earlier this year, but based on this will never go back to this company or brand.

I purchased a ********** Atlas at *** Ellis **********. The purchase was made on August 1 2022. I begin having problems with this vehicle the first week of purchase. The engine light came on and the brakes started squealing. I took my vehicle back to *** Ellis service center. and they indicated to me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I paid cash at the time of purchase and regret the day I drove into *** Ellis **********. They don't take care of their customers.i have been so hurt and disappointed in the way this establishment has treated me.My brakes are still squealing.
