  DREAM HOMES CONSULTING IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY....They do not provide anything but a bunch of papers to prove you got scammed...the houses are all off the market and don't exist...The rental companies are not in existence as well...********************************* is a hot headed person who don't like being challenged to prove they are in your best interest either...there is photo of her nor of the other agents she supposed to be working with...the houses are not real...the websites is copied and pasted...I requested a refund within the 3 days and was told no...It took 4 days for this person to contact me at all....she never gave us a listing and she didn't produce anything tangible to prove she was legit after the fact

  **************** was provided the option to receive a refund before completing the final stages of the enrollment process and gaining access to the client portal. But he decided that he wanted to proceed. As it states in the contract he signed once services begin Dream Homes Consulting, LLC does not provide refunds. The contract states services begin once you gain access to the client portal. He signed and agreed to this before being provided access to the client portal. Then after gaining access to the portal he sent in a home that he wanted to view while on the phone completing the final steps of the enrollment process. His request was completed and returned to him with the viewing instructions the very next morning. After gaining access to the client portal, less than 24 hours later the company received a call from ******************** bank stating that he filed a chargeback with them and they needed an explanation of the charges made. The bank was provided proof of services being rendered and did not provide him with a refund. Now he has come to the BBB in a last ditch attempt to obtain a refund. The property that **************** is referring to is a legitimate property listed with ******************. The owner of this agency is a licensed real estate agent. The property was selected directly from the agent's website. The property was verified with the agent's office when the viewing was scheduled. Dream Homes has been referring client's to ****************** for over 6 years now and has many verified client's that have signed leases with this agency. He keeps showing that property is not listed on Zillow for rent and does not understand that it is up to the listing agent or property manager to market the property on Zillow for rent. The services he enrolled in does not provide property's for sale, only for rent. Not once did **************** contact the agents office and confirm that the property was available. This customer just wanted to gain access to the company's resources and then attempt to obtain his money back from the bank. Attached is proof that **************** gained access to the portal and also submitted a viewing request and had the request completed. He was never met with any anger or animosity, only advised that the company would communicate with his bank moving forward once the chargeback was completed. **************** is not due a refund at this time.

  MarquitaThompson...You are a charlatan!...liar, thief, and cheat...You stole from my kids, you caused us hardship trusting you and karma will find you quickly.  We had to contact you too many times for items that should have been available to us from the start...You have no physical address and using a location that is locked all the time....You are a fraudulent company, no matter how much paper you waste.  You cannot hide, you have been exposed and by ***** of *********, you will suffer from stealing out of the hands of my children, no day foward will you prosper until you you return what you stole, you won't have a future ********************************* if that is your real name since no one knows what you really look like...May the ancestors sit on you until you do right by me and my family Ase Ase Ase...

  I'm following up on a message that I read regarding the complaint from ****************. This client is not due a refund. He was provided services and the opportunity to be provided a refund before services began. The client decided to move forward with the services. The same day he requested a home to view and that information was sent back within 24 hours. He also within those 24 hours went to his bank and requested his money back. Our company complied with the bank and provided all documents the same as we provided to the BBB. They then denied his claim for his money back. **************** is not due a refund because the company provided services as per our client agreement states. It seems that this customer was only trying to gain access to our home resources and then obtain his money back from his bank.   I am rejecting this response because:

  If this company was legit then why not refund the money?   Shouldn't be a problem, when me and my daughter called and showed up at the business, there was no response and no signage at that business address...This business cannot explain that nor did they express concern enough to refund the mo ey knowing my family was in ***** way.  If you were caring like you post and legitimately caring about a family why mot refund the money then regardless...
