Since the legal formation of my business entity, I received written notification in the form of a **** (contract) from the entity called Labor Poster Compliance, *******************************************************************************. Informing me in what looks like official government correspondence to comply with their monetary demands or be faced with ******************* USC Code Jurisdictional Fines up to $7000. Their document includes not only Federal Law codes but purposefully misleading marketing and advertising information to bully businesses into fear-based advertising marketing disinformation tactics imposing as State and Federal third-party regulations company with a second warning of $10,000 violations penaltyagainst [new] businesses with a third advertising threat of $250,000 legal fees for employers failing to comply with their original $85.00 **** statement. This false advertisement claim also incites lawsuits against businesses. In my month of newly being a formed LLC in ******* with no employees, this fictitious Labor Poster Compliance company has sent me at least 5 different letters. I am asking for this correspondence to stop immediately. I am also expecting my claim (case) be attached to this company as a way to help other companies understand Labor Poster Compliance Company is fraudulent and practicing advertising and marketing fraud against newly formed businesses in ******* state.Initial Complaint

Filing Labor Compliance Department Hello my name is ***** ***** jr. I have sent in $85 for my poster in February 2021 and I still have not received my poster in the mail yet can you please contact me to let me know why I haven't received it. I was told if non Compliance with posting regulations can lead to a fines of 7, 000 per instance. I'm still waiting on my all in one Labor Law poster since February 23rd 2021Business response

We have tried searching for the order placed back in February as stated, but we do not have an order for this entity. Our service price is not $85.00 this makes us believe the order was placed with a different company. We would definitely like to look further into this matter just in case we have the incorrect information. If Mr. ***** can provide us with the full business name and address to make sure that it is not our company that received the order that would be great. If it is us we are more than willing to ship an immediate replacement or offer a full refund due to the inconvenience. We would need for the customer to provide us with the record id for the business or the complete business name and address. The contact information the customer provided is not pulling up any order on our end. Once we receive this information we may proceed with the full refund request. As for the scam accusation we are not in business to scam any business owner we provide the service we offer as well as hassle free refunds if the customer is not satisfied with our product and service. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused we will keep an eye out for the information we requested to provide the refund and once again sorry for the inconvenience.
