On July 27th, 2022 I had purchased a pair of **** shoes for $550 (not including tax) from this company. Unbeknownst to me, the shoes are counterfeit product. Upon arrival at my home in ********, I had realized these are counterfeit. I had messaged the company through social media about this transaction. The company asked for photos, which I had provided through email. After a few weeks, I had not heard back from them and messaged if they were still trying to resolve the issue. More weeks pass without a response. After nearly a month, they had simply stated that the shoe "was 100% authentic from retailer". This is simply not the fact. The shoe shows many signs of being counterfeit product. It has been many months since this had started and I just want a resolution. I had lost the receipt while traveling, as I was on vacation at the time.
