Buyer beware. Placed an online order 1/25. Called, texted and emailed. No response. Even drove 4 hours and still no refund. Owner was called and said he was giving me the refund right than. I placed an order on Jan 18, 2024 and have yet to receive my order as of Mar 2, 2024. I have reached out twice by email and received nothing in response. I have all of my necessary information to prove it and at this point I need a refund. I was excited to try them only to get scammed it seems like. Please do not buy from them unless you are obviously a celebrity, then they break their backs for the exposure only to take your money. Buyer be ware, please and thank you!Review from Nanette B

I placed an order on January 18, **** and as of February 12, **** I have not received my order. I have emailed them 8 times or my item or a refund and have not received any response from this company. Do not order from them. False advertisement. They will take your money and not deliver. I had ordered butter sauce on December 17, 2023. I still have yet to receive my order. I kept sending emails, calling, leaving meaning and email. No response. I dont appreciate a business false advertising and keeping my money. If you dont have the product, then give me my refund.Review from Michelle D

Ordered one bottle of spice on November 21, 2023 - order # ****. I was provided a receipt for $25.89 with a tracking number and intent to notice when shipped. 3 weeks later I still have no product. Made a purchase on the website 6/25/23 an its 11/30/23!!! Like omg I spent over $200 trying to support a black owned business. I called, emailed, text, an also left messages on their social media still nothing. Just ridiculous how they could think that this is how you run a business. If you dont have the product say that an refund the money.. THIS BUSINESS IS BEYOND SHADY!!!! I DONT KNOW WHY THEIR STILL OPEN!!Review from Kanisha C

Order placed July 26,23 still no order received nor refund as of today 10/10/23. I have sent numerous emails and called store(to be sent a text message link)No one have responded other than Instagram posts stating they are shipping out back orders. I ordered the Lobster Egg Rolls 7/22/23. It is now the end of August and I have NOT received my order. *** called, sent messages is Instagram, and text and no one has responded. At this rate, I do not want the order. I received an update in July stating that my order was at the post office waiting for the item to be shipped from the consumer. It never reached the ************ This place is taking ppl money and not sending out products. I no longer want the product.
