    Koreo Beauty took over a month to send my products that I still haven't received. When it arrived it was not what ordered. I want a refund. i placed this order 11/28/2022! label printed 12/01/2020. A few days went by, no movement. I contacted them via email MULTIPLE TIMES, no response. Contacted via instagram, no response over a week period. i commented on a few pictures so everyone could see out of frustration and they wrote me IMMEDIATELY. they saw my messages and this woman told me they were just opening back up from Covid. THERE WAS NO POSTS SHOWING THEY WERE CLOSED. on the website they have absolutely no processing time or shipping time and i mentioned that too but she gave me the run around and said it shipped and needed to update but that was a LIE. i wrote her on instagram again because thats where she was responding and she kept telling me to let it update. Finally after almost a month she told me she was gonna have them send me the package and send me some extra for the wait. okay, fine. I received a email on jan 3rd statu g package was delivered in mailbox. I get home to a small package with 2 small glues and some broken clips. I purchased a LARGE glue, small glue, and lace tint (6 bottles). I reached out with my frustration AGAIN and the response i get is o it couldnt all fit in one bag so we created a new tracking number. i asked for tracking she said it it was a new tracking but they couldn't send it to me because i didnt have a email on file... how?? When i just received the email stating the package had been delivered... And mifht i add the shipping label that was on the "extra" stuff they sent had the original date the label was created of 11/30/22. SHE LIED . i want my money back . i just simply want my money back and for them to work on their customer service skills and packaging the correct orders . im beyond frustrated w/ this unprofessional company & no longer wish to do business with them. give me my money back . Today is 1/4/23.

    They claim theyre not scammers, but scamming is exactly whats going on. I placed an order for my glue on Sunday 9/3/23. I paid for 2 day priority shipping. I received notification on 9/5/23 Tuesday that my order was on the way. After noticing my order hadnt moved through the system whatsoever and was still showing pre shipment info sent **** awaits item, I contacted ******* via phone, email, DM and under the comments on IG, on 9/6/23 and 9/7/23. I received a response via DM on ig on 9/7/23 of her claiming to have personally scanned the glue into **** system to have shipped out. I got in contact with ****, and they informed me that they did not have the item in their possession, and that if they did it would show in their system. Especially 5 days after ordering on a supposed to be 2 day shipment. Today 9/8/23 after constantly having to reach out, comment under posts, etc, ******* advised to wait until 5pm for an update, and that if there was no update she would refund me. Its 5:51 and I have FINALLY received notification that **** has the glue in possession and is scheduled for delivery Monday 9/11. There is no way she dropped the glue off on Tuesday as she said she did. She waited until today, Friday 9/8/23 to drop the glue off to ****. I wouldve had an update at least by Wednesday if she dropped the glue off Tuesday. The glue shouldve been delivered Thursday or today Friday . The same updates Im receiving NOW, I wouldve BEEN received if she was being honest. Ive never had to go through h*** to get some **** lace glue. Ive lost out on money from my own clients due to not having the proper product. I would not have ordered had I known shipping and customer service would so dreadful. Im am extremely disappointed and aggravated. I hate that my black people start these companies and treat their own like s*** If I dont receive my glue or refund writhin the appropriate time frame, I will be taking this to civil court.
