              Merchandise not received and no response to emails requesting help. This company is awful and they pretend to care after making a mistake but literally, do not respond after saying they will reship merchandise you never received initially like in my case. The person who emailed me is named ****** saying she will reship. After each flout three times to follow-up, ****** never responded. Disputed charges with my credit card, thankfully requesting a full refund. I ordered almost $200 worth of merchandise. Never again and would NOT recommend buying from this company. There are other companies out there freeing water for less and who care about customers! Beware!

              Very very unprofessional company. They do allow you to ship back items or get an actual refund. If you want to send something back for a store credit you have to jump thru hoops and get your own shipping label and hope they give you the money back. They need to close down until they find better business practices

              I am so happy to see how far this brand has come over the years and love watching their swimweek shows! Some brands talk the talk of body positivity but you never see that with their models. This is the only place I trust to buy swimwear from.

              I have been a long-standing customer ever since this line was introduced online I have probably placed more than 15 orders over several years. The one thing that has been a bonus is on the few occasions I did have issues with an order ****** customer service was an absolute Gem and helping me work through everything. Luxury swimwear great beachwear coverups and my favorite thing is the Basix Matte collection which I find completely comfortable and very versatile for Travel.

              I have never encountered a problem with Matte Collection. I've been a customer for about 5 years now. Orders are never messed up, shipping is fast, and the quality of the products is great.

              Always my go-to for swimwear and just recently fell in love with their basic clothing items. **************** is top tier! I have never had any issues with orders or shipping. Happy customer!

              UNPROFESSIONAL. I ordered in NOVEMBER. I was promised my order would be shipped yesterday 12/14... still nothing. Going on 3 weeks without NO update. No communication ******************** comments of people who are complaining about the issue. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Save yourself the ************ & shop elsewhere.
