According to information in BBB files, ReST has a pattern of complaint alleging Delivery and Refund or Exchange Issues.
Specifically, consumers are stating their purchases from ReST are not being delivered. These customers are also stating that when they contact ReST regarding the missed deadline date, they are provided with additional delivery dates which are also unsuccessful.
After these consumers have requested a refund due to non-delivery, the refund requests are approved but the delivery date of the refund is also delayed.
On May 25, 2022, BBB contacted ReST seeking their voluntary cooperation in resolving the unanswered complaints as well as their cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaint; however, the company failed to respond.
BBB will update this aspect of the Business Profile once additional information becomes available.
