BUYERS BEWARE, They charge restocking fees for *** items!!I ordered a wig and based the color on the swatches on the website. I ordered *****/Blonde what I got was labeled Brown/Blonde, but it was a deep dark brown with a few streaks of blond. The website tells me I'm subject to about $30 of fees to return it, however their color swatches are so far off that they should waive restocking fees. In my opinion, they are taking advantage of cancer patients rather than making our lives easier.

I would give this company no stars if possible.I was given a wig as a present and upon opening found a large area that was matted. I contacted TLC and then returned the wig.After waiting some time I called and was told I should receive the wig soon and there would be no restocking fee as it was defective. I waited and called again numerous times and was told it should be shipped soon being given the Covid delays etc. Again, no wig. I sent emails that were ignored. Finally the head of **************** called and she was going to try and get the replacement sent out that day. Then she calls back that they can't find me in their system.I had several customer service people when I called tell me it was being processed and then I suddenly totally disappear from their system.This company cares nothing about you which is very pathetic being part of the ************************ I would not recommend doing business with them.

TLC had the product, post-mastectomy adjustable breast forms. I paid the extra $19 for 2 day express shipping. I ordered and paid on a Friday morning. Called the company 3 days later (Monday afternoon) to check on the shipping status. I was told 1) they do not ship on Fridays, and 2) it was actually 1-5 days for the shipping. I told the customer agent multiple times that standard shipping, on their website is 1-5 days. The express is 2 days. She did not accept this. She also said they could only fill half of the order, someone was to have called me (they did not) to let me know. Since I was on the phone with her I did say if I accepted half of my order would it be at my house in 2 days. No, they could not guarantee it would be delivered in 2 days. I ended up canceling the total order. I got my refund within 24 hrs.TLC Direct could not/would not following their own shipping policy.

Being a cancer survivor I ordered two unweighted foam prosthesis. I ordered off of their sizing chart, which is very vague. I even talked to a representative on the phone. I have a pair of size four prosthesis and wanted something smaller so I ordered size three. Upon receiving the size 3 there is literally not any difference between the sizes. I wanted to return the size 3 for a size 2 only to find out they do not do exchanges. You have to return your product and re-order. What organization does this in this day and age? I called customer service as on my original order I had used a 15% off coupon. I said I would return the original pair and may I please have another code for 15% off to use on my re-order. I was told that was only a week long offering and I could not get another code. This type of service is unbelievable. Now I am sending back the original order at my expense. I tried posting a review on theTLC website only to find they do not have a dedicated Reviews section but a "Customer Quotes" section which, of course, only has stellar reviews. And there is no way to post your own customer quote. On the merchandise invoice that was sent along with the prosthesis they claim they want you to be fully satisfied with every item purchased. This is a joke! I, for one, will not be ordering from this company again. And since they are affiliated with the American Cancer Society they will no longer see any donations from me

I have been calling and emailing TLC in regards to a wig order that I never received. UPS states they delivered it but they never did. I received the wig luster spray only. I have submitted proof to no avail, they keep telling me a supervisor will contact me, no one has called. Do not use unless you want to be scammed!

I've been buying TLC wigs for at least 10 years. I love them! I've never had any problems with returns. Customer Service has always been great! Nicki Weeden
