    I did ordered a dress somewhere in January 2022 in large size, but when the dress was delivered it was too small so l had to return it (You submitted a return request - RMA#***H9839). l was given a store credit, which took me about a year before using it because l couldnt find a dress l wanted. So l finally made a purchase using my store credit on 1/6/24 Order #UVM11992 confirmed, cost of dress 199 dollars and 8.99 for shipping for a total of ******. I did sent several emails to know when my item will be delivered but they keep telling me it will come. I later realized their email is block and their website is no more.

    Placed an order on December 29, 2023. I have had to reach out to this business to inquire where my order is multiple times and I still have not received my order nor a refund. I contacted them January 20, February 12, March 24, and June 13.

    Currently, I have worth $190 of electronic gift card codes combined with UVM Collection. All I am asking for is my refund back to my credit card account and not store credit. If the item from attached upload is available from the readily available to ship list; I am okay with that and the rest of funds sent to my credit card account. There is hardly anything or nothing available that is advertised on there website to use the gift card codes on even when provided with a list of items available still there is a production issue and delay in shipping or not available. You can't get anywhere with this company. There is barely a response or update message on the status of an item you think you may be getting shipped. You just feel like a customer who made a bad mistake at ordering from this company. You are basically trapped with not getting anywhere with a company you invested money with. No solution or customer satisfaction at all from this company. If a message is sent to you email as the customer no update is sent on its progress. Please help.

    I bought an outfit in June 2023 for an event and it never came. I reached out several times after the outfit never came and they constantly told me different dates 3 weeks out. I spent around $114.00 for my order! I need something to happen with this company! At this point I want my money back! I dont even care for the item anymore!! Please do something about this company! They stealing money!

    On February 5, 2024, I placed an order with UVM Collection, a clothing company, totaling $287.00. Subsequently, on February 16, 2024, I initiated contact with customer service regarding the status of my order. In response, customer service informed me of health-related concerns that had caused delays in processing and assured me that my order would be expedited, with an anticipated shipment date of March 8th.On March 1st, I reached out again to inquire about the status of my order. This time, customer service indicated a revised delivery date of March 25th. However, as I received no response on March 24th, I followed up once more on April 1st. **************** acknowledged the delay in responding and offered their apologies, assuring me that my order would now be delivered by April 22nd.As April 22nd approached, I reached out to inquire about the status of my order once more. Regrettably, customer service has now extended the projected delivery date to May 14, 2024. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    I bought items in December 2023 they promised that processing and shipping does not take more than 14 days, its been 4 months now but still I havent received my package and they will not issue a refund at this point im requesting for a full refund or delivery of my item

    I placed an order 1/6/24 other shouldve taken 30 days, it is now 4/12/24 I still have not received the dress that I ordered. Not only I havent received the dress yet but every time I reach out to them by email they just give me another date as a place holder but not delivering the product, they refuse to refund my money and its unacceptable to have to continue to be pushed back and also failure to communicate to me that the date has changed or details on what exactly is going on. I shouldnt have to continue to reach out to them to get an update they should be reaching out to me. I dont want a store credit I want a refund because if you couldnt deliver my flesh order I have no confidence that they would deliver. I would like a refund & regardless of theyre policy under these circumstances they should be willing to give my refund back. I dont have money to waste and work hard for it & deserve a refund so I can be on my way and not have to deal with this company again.

    On 12/15/2023, I placed an order at this business for the following: **************** Set for ****** and Joyful **************** for ******. The total paid at this business was ****** including taxes. I received a confirmation from them stating that shipping would be 5-7 business days. After not receiving the items I contacted them on Jan.10.2024. They responded by informing me that the items would be sent out Jan. 31, 2024. After not receiving a confirmation of shipping I contacted the again on 02/02/24 and 02/05/2024. I was told that the items would be shipped on 02/29/2024. I requested a refund for the items and they refused. They indicated that I could get a store credit but they could not guarantee when any of the items would be shipped due to the business having ongoing production issues. I contacted them again on 03/01/2024 with no reply. I am in need of assistance with this business as they have stolen my money and refuses to shipped the items or provide the refund. Please assist.

    On 11/30/23 I placed an order with UVM collection (order # UVM11910) for a dress for the Christmas holidays, in the amount of $108.99. The dress was listed to be shipped out in 3-5 business days. On December 14th I reached out to the company requesting a refund since I had not received my order and it was still showing as pending. UVM collection messaged me back with a later delivery date of January 3rd, I decided to wait on that date, so on February 12th I wrote back requesting my money since they still hadn't met that delivery date, they wrote back with a March 7th date. I think they are stringing me along at this point. It's been three months and I just want my money back. UVM collection mentioned that they have a no refund policy in which I wrote them that they broke that contract when they never delivered my product. They are selling merchandise that they do not have in stock and wants the customer to be held liable for their wrongdoings.

    I purchased items from the merchant in April 2023. The times were too big and returned in exchange for a store credit. I reordered new items with the credit, and the merchant has yet to send the items. I am resubmitting this claim since the original claim was closed due to an inaccurate address.
