      I contacted Purple Leaf before I purchased my gazebo. I have in writing they told me to order from Wayfair. Even thou it was cheaper somewhere else, they told me if I order from them, they will hold it until Spring for me. This was Nov 7, 2023. Yesterday Nov 12, 2023, I ordered it from Wayfair as instructed. 1 minute after I ordered it, I sent an email to Purple Leaf giving them my order number, just as they directed. 3 am this morning I received an email from Purple Leaf they can not hold my order, due to Wayfair taking to long to ship. It was less than 12 hrs,what are they talking about?I can't have the gazebo delivered now, I don't live there. Please give my some help. What kind of company would lie to me in writing?

      Ordered the item june 19th. It never arrived. A replacement was ordered by amazon customer service june 27 and it never arrived ( it was promised july 1 per ***** tracking attachement). So I have paid $850 and I have not received any items or refund. The seller does bot respond except once with dishonesty. First order was $406.67. Replacement was $439.89. The first order was shipped *** and was lost. The second by ***** and was lost. Upon contacting ***** i learned that purple leaf opened and closed a case with ***** the same day, july 3, and provided a fake contact phone number for me. You will notice in the attachments that the one communication was on the 4th were purple leaf does not mention the open/ closed case with *****
