I am being charged for parking in an area that did not offer a valid way to pay the company. The email for payment validation never came to multiple email accounts I used. So I was charged for "not" paying on 7/5/24. Now I'm being told to pay$190.00 for a parking violation

My husband and I went to a Braves game. We paid the parking fee on an app and we have the receipt saved. We returned to our car afterwards and received a ticket of $190. This ticket was placed on all cars around us as well. We spoke with a Braves employee who also paid and was given a ticket. She says she always parks there and has never had this issue. I called and was not able to speak to anyone but was told if I did not pay within a certain time my information would be sent to collections. This should not be happening with a trustworthy parking business. I should not have to pay extra money on top of what I originally paid to park in the parking lot!

I went to a show at The Loft and the attendant waved us away when we asked where to pay, so we assumed it was free that night. Got back to my car, no ticket/boot. 2 days later, theres a ticket on my car at my HOME (this address is not linked to any of my legal documents) which is 15 miles from the venue. Theyre requesting $190 for a failure to pay parking violation (was only there an hour). Not only is this a scam but they were able to find my home address, which is a security threat

This is a terrible company. Purposely makes it impossible to contact them by providing no email on their site, their phone number no one picks up and the ** is always full.We got a ticket DESPITE paying for parking and have been calling to contest it but ofc this company is running a scam. And makes it so you CANT contact them. And on TOP of this, their payment portal is broken so you have to mail your check in. This company is HORRIBLE. They should be ashamed of themselves and also should be forced out of business. They are making the world a worse place. Its a complete and total scam because at a certain point its just easier to pay the ticket instead of fight it, and they know that. Hence making themselves unreachable.Hope yall feel good about what you do for a living!

I parked at ************************* on 12/2 and 12/3 in a lot that uses ParkMobile for app payment. I paid for the flat rate to park in the lot for the full day on 12/3. I got back to my car around 5:45pm (over 13 hours before the flat rate parking was set to expire) and found a parking ticket on my windshield. I realized at that point that I entered my tag number incorrectly in the ParkMobile app. I did pay to park in the lot, but there is no way to put the receipt on the dash as the signs in the lot request because all payments are done via the app. I was unable to contact the company by any means (phone, in person, website, through ParkMobile). There was never a parking attendant in the lot either day, so there was no option to appeal to a person.I also attempted to call the company on the envelope (ParKontrol). The only way to speak to a real person was to talk to the person who removes boots. Nobody answered that line and I was sent to a voicemail box that was full. I also could not have them call me back because that led to the same voicemail box that was full.I also attempted to visit the website listed on the envelope. The payment portal is down and there is no way to appeal or contact them on the website, just the same phone number I mentioned above.I also attempted to contact ParkMobile and they state that they do not handle ticketing and directed me back to the person who issued the ticket.I am unable to appeal the ticket that I received despite paying to park in the lot in the first place. I would like this issue resolved by removing the fine for nonpayment (since I did pay but have no way to appeal).

Parked in deck and asked "attendant" how to pay. He instructed me to walk to sign and text the number to pay. As I am following his instruction, he must have been Writing a citation simultaneously. My paid parking receipt and the citation have the same time. The phone number does not give access to dispute but threatens to send unpaid citations to a collections company. I'm also contacting Georgia Secretary of State for business practices since they are licensed here in **.

My daughter parked in a parking deck (Lot 301) in ******* on Saturday evening April 29, 2023. She was told by the attendant to pay electronically using a text message process. She followed his instructions and paid the amount requested for 4 hours of parking and was given an electronic receipt. She left her car parked in that lot for ~ 3 hour and upon her return found a parking ticket from Parkontrol on her windshield stating a violation of "Failure to pay." We have a receipt and tried to call Parkontrol but their voicemail says they only respond to cars that are booted. There doesn't appear to be any other way to resolve this. I'm concerned this is illegal and violates Georgia Code Title 40. Motor Vehicles and Traffic 40-11-17 which states that the "penalty for vehicles which remain in a paid private parking lot without authorization shall not exceed $25.00 in excess of normal parking fees."

Company is not legit. Giving people fake parking tickets to scare them into paying $155.00 or $190.00 after 7 days. Parked at a parking garage for less than an hour and was fined a ticket urging me to pay or my information will be sent to the collections agency. Do not fall for this companies BS, there is no way to pay the ticket since the online payment portal is down and they want you to mail a money order or check to a P.O. Box that is located in the ************* *************** The average price for a parking ticket in ******* is $20-50, and goes up after a particular amount of days. They do not just charge people $190 right off the bat. If you look up the companies name, nothing pops up and an article about fake parking tickets in Atlanta pops up. Too many red flags from this company be aware!!!!

I paid $20 for parking as soon as I got inside of the establishment. I came out to a citation violation for $190 if not paid within 7 days or it will be reported to a debt collector. There is no way to verify or speak with anyone at this business seems like a terrible scam I hope nobody else is falling for
